- I took a chance & bought a Mini Loader-But I never used one before- never even drove one. Today we really test it-Can it work without tearing up grass? What can it actually do? Is it worth it? And then Franky has a Hoarders farm to clean-up so we check out if the machine could maybe help there.

Those machines are amazing. My old boss was installing boulders for me on a job and it lifted a 1500-2000 pound boulder no problem. It’s awesome
Growing up we always had this kid in the neighborhood, little rich kid. He would always come outside with his new 'whatever' while we watched. Kinda like you in this new video! I want a turn! Looks like fun and a keeper. Thanks. Sonny (CT)
I think that's far from the truth my guy , he has worked for all this money unlike a little rich kid 🤷♂️
I'm liking all the new stuff you've showing. Have a great Christmas and a prosperous new year to all your crew
Awesome rig. Thanks for the video.
Good views of what rural Minnesota lake country looks like!
Every one of your videos are so interesting keep doing what you are doing because everyone loves it and can't stop watching
Great demo Stan, ditchwitch sells a mini skid-steer adapter plate so as full size skid-steer attachment can fit on a mini skid-steer size machines.
its a toy, i hope it cost no more then 5000$?
My wife giving me that stop working and spend time with the family look. I've been there many times myself!
Nice work ..... & nice machine!!
This RUclips channel is so cool I really enjoy watching your videos because when I grow up I wanna run equipment like this and its cool to watch someone else do it
Heck ya break it BEFORE ya buy it💪👍 that’s how I do it too!!
He already bought it, as he stated in the video. The other thing on the trailer is what he was testing.
This machine seems pretty awesome. Portability like a Dingo but has a cab. More cajones than a Terramite while retaining a low operating weight.
I have 3 friends that all own a Avant for their Landscaping companies... They really are badass and super versatile....they make a ton of attachments for these mini's,too...Cool Vid👍
I think avant is original
I also love the Avants. Better designed than this brand
Bradco makes a perfect adapter plate to be able to run full size attachments on the mini machines.
Cool! The only thing I would have changed would be the tires and wheels. Big OL wide white wall tires with chrome spinners would set that off hahaha! OH, and a combo bucket.
I have a multi one mini loader love great and handy machine around the farm
Nice machine. Now I want one. It would be perfect for me.
Good idea with the gate! Thanks
I l..l..like it... That lose turf of your's was hardly touched @ the end of the day. WoW!!! That got me...But the close got me to subscribe & ring the bell...The close was...Your Wife says time for family & you listened...&...God Bless You & family To... 🤩👍🙏🙏👍
This type of machine dominates the market in europe, for this reason we do not see skidster loaders here, the main brands are Avant (made in finland) and Multi One (made in italy), both brands are known for the infinite number of tools available and their versatility if you deal with gardening, planting grass, small earthworks or agriculture and animal breedingin cramped conditions, it is an ideal machine, especially the largest machines of these manufacturers, although they are still small and agile.
You have multi one, but not cast? They're both from Italy.
We do have Cast, but they're not as common as Avant and Multione. There are several loaders of this size available. "Knickmops" from Belgium, little bigger "Weidmann", "Kramer" and "Schäfer" from Germany/Austria, several smaller European and a bunch of of Chinese manufacturers.
Bobcat recently presented two smaller models which are not offered in Europe yet.
You see them a lot here. Besides smaller streets, yards and work space in general one reason is weight. With drivers licenses for cars and trailer, we are limited to 3.500kg for each car and trailer. To haul machines without the need of a commercial truck license, they may not be heavier than about 2.700kg. So this size machines comes in handy.
Avant just superb, used the 635,like it's ability to be able to lift 2245 lbs (1.1 ton) loads & the bigger 860 is even better, can't fault them.
wiktorlol in the Netherlands we don't really come around these type of machines, but we regular see Weidemann, Giant, Schäffer and Knikmops much more often
I've got one built by EIMCO in the 80s for underground mines. It's a handy little utility machine; visibility, ground disturbance, and tire wear are all better than a skid-steer plus the bucket is giant. I'm renting it out to an underground gold mine.
stan ive watched several of you videos to include ones of snow clearing. and i have to say that shiny new piece of equipment looks like it could do plenty of work for its size, its awesome to see that its turf/yard friendly also
Btw,they do make a universal mini to full size adapter for these...but, definitely add some counterweight if you do that...it's a must,if you wanna run anything 72"..My buddy uses a 72" grapple on his and carries 24" x 84" solid pine logs, like it's nothing and leaves absolutely no damages to the ground.. they're awesome little machines
Great safety as an operator. You put that bucket flat and looks as if you shook out the pressure. Notice little guy jumps on the bucket just after 17:30. If his toes were under the bucket and accidentally moved that bucket.. even if off could have done damage.. great content, thanks for sharing.
Looks like it would make a great flower bed mulcher. Light weight, wide turf tires. and HUGE bucket. Perfect. Any thoughts?
That grapple is amazing when you pick big rocks out of the ground if you have the sheet metal that goes in between the “fingers”. I have one just like yours and I love it.
Interested in a long term evaluation of this type of leader. May want to purchase one
You should do a comparison of a skid steer and that machine on grading. See which does better
Joshua Hedrick it’ll be really hard to be a skid loader for that. Not to mention a skid load is bigger and more suited to grading.
I’ve never seen a machine like this with a telescopic boom. That is cool!!
Looks like a top notch dealer! Great review, looking forward to seeing how it plows this winter.
Stanley, your electric fence comment was pretty funny. Thanks for the laugh.
You need to have me out to pressure wash that deck and siding to make it look LykeNew again. Always love the video you guys do.
Thank you
John Doherty
LykeNew Power Wash
The surface washing company used by a President of the United States.
The battery on that truck is great, nice video
That has got to be the most cared for section of yard in any MN lake cabin. 😁
Thanks. I'm looking to start a landscaping business and trying to figure out what I want as a first machine.
I hope you kept those plates that were bolted to the axles for shipping those can come in handy working on the tractor
Happy to see that also the US finally understood that a skidsteer is a stupid piece of equipment when running on lawn ... you should also test Avant loaders, they have a wider range of machines and attachments
I like that little machine.
They do a tracked Worky Quad now although not sure if it’s available in the US. All the best, Alex
Looks just like my Avant 420 ,awesome machine btw, now I see this and bobcat I think has a similar machine now.
Love the videos
I want to see a video of a walk around of this equipment. Like what engine it's running Kubota or what?
What a great property.
Haha, watching you grade that area with a fence gate put me back to memories of watching a similar ritual by groundskeepers doing that to our little league fields.
Wow y’all may want Haz-mat suits for that job. Your idea is a good one.
Looks like one of those cool toys that a small part costs twice what it should.
I’m sure of that
Cool little machine and love the light weight. The most important question, how much does it cost??? Where are dealers, how reliable are they and parts/service centers? I see a lot of pages that say UK.
We're you about to find the cost on one?
I want one! LOL that would be fun to ride around the yard!
I think the "triangle" metal piece just inside the door at the beginning is an "antique" conibear trap. My dad has a couple of them and if you find the right size they can be collector items.
You are really resourceful great job stan 👏
The telescopic feature is awesome
I like those yellow steel toe crocs!
Occasionally turn over your manure pile. Gets air and moisture into the pile and speeds up the decomposition. Also run through it with a rototiller. This breaks up the clumps, aids aeration and speeds up the process. I rototill and move the loose stuff to a second pile.
nice yellow crooks in the shop!!! safety first! LOL
Looks like a fun new toy Stan great video
Nice machine
I almost tipped one of those over at GIE. My friend was standing in line next to the reps and he quoted, “ Well that’s the first time that ever happened!” All I did was try to scoop dirt and lift halfway on uneven terrain and she all most toppled over.
We've one of the old avant 520s and they tip so easily
@@callummccann3747 that was what it was an Avant.
Now that's a nice mini machine
We use fence drags with concrete piers on them to grade extremely compacted gravel roads with potholes. Way better than a toothed bucket!
I really like your channel I’ve learned quite a bit about doing the job right picking good equipment I especially really like this video I like the song when you were digging into the manure pile I wonder who sings it
Love the loader
Looks like a nice piece of equipment. But to be honest, I would’ve looked into Bobcats new Small Articulating Loaders. You know parts and service are going to be readily available, and it’s likely more resources went into them. They seem like some stout small machines.
We have the cast loaders in the uk 🇬🇧:-) great bits of kit. Worky quad is ace
I would love one of these for my firewood
Definitely recommend Avant any day over this!
We've an old avant 520 plus it is bullet proof
You really lucked out with that door 😂🤣
How much do those mini loaders cost and would you recommend putting agro tires on it for better traction in loose or wet material
jeeze! I bet the 'snap-on ' tool chest cost more than the loader.
I bet it does
Guess there isn’t a harbor freight near buy.... lol
More than my house !
@@johnsteffen5908 gggf
Why does it matter how much the guys box was if he likes and is happy with it who cares
From a price standpoint; you could get similar results from a midsize compact tractor along with other uses. Meanwhile, I've been pining over a JCB teleskid. Your machine machine has two things going for ya; the telescoping option and especially the low ground disturbance. PS. I like Frankie's S10!
That's a very nice machine
Guys love this in Hungary, especially with the ogre attachment to drill post holes. The one we had at the plant hire company had the roster of 20-ish attachments. Avant 635 is a fun little machine.;))
Is it possible to make the pea gravel area a fire pit area?
LOL, at first glance about 25:02 I thought stan found a use for that popped off loader door. 🤯🤣
Did you put the door back on?
It would be nice to see it work every day for awhile too see its durability. I don't like that the switch for the 4 wheel drive isn't on the joystick, it would make it hard to use.
Look at the Avant (green machine). Ran one for 4 years and it was the best machine I had ever used. Could lift 2,300lbs (full pallet of block), fit through fence gate openings, and didn't tear up the grass like a bobcat would.
Avant is from Finland!
What model did you have? I’m selling my DW SK1050 and want one of these bust same width to get in gates
what do about working over a septic bed, would there be too much ground pressure. I mean it hardly leaves a mark on wet turf
Thanks for the Video...What song is at 21:15?
Did you say "designed to NOT come off?" Referring to the counterweights we saw being installed towards the beginning of the video. From what I saw, they looked like they were very removable.
Have not finished the video yet so if this is covered my bad. Could you please do a side by side comparison of this and a skid steer? Pros and cons etc
Wow this is amazing i will buy one of these for my grandpa when i have the money
Obviously loving the new videos your keeping me going watching these I love watching especially the tool vids like world of concrete and stuff like that I’ve always wanted to to go to one and I’ve finally managed to get to go to one in November I’m so excited for it can’t wait it will be like watching your videos in real life
Bro mad skills on the equipment.
I use to work for TNE definitely a great crew with jeff and Brandon around
Does that use skid steer QA buckets or is it a proprietary setup?
Those tires are used on fairway units for a golf course. They work alright for terrain like yours but they suck when it's super wet or muddy. You can minimize your turf tearing by making 3 point or 5 point turns with these tires.
Nice Hunter's Lawns needs one.
Did you look at the avant tecno loaders they look very similar.
Damn tool box cost more than the machine and shop. Nice work sir
I wonder if that would work good on clearing sidewalks of snow.
A framily friend needed/wantd to grade out hes parents land. He described it mostly as doing donuts in his bronco dragging a big old section of fence(no support posts) with some 40 year old tow chain.
What was it called? I kinda want one for my starting compost operation..
Hard work, I also always fall into it, amusing, but tiring
Awesome machine. My research showes that It is a company from Italy. Where did you buy it and how much it cost?
What brand loader is that before I bought my 2 tractors I was going to get a power trac witch looks a lot like your loader
What about the small loader you brought on the trailer?
I put some. Plastic down grass going be growing up throw rocks cool machine
3:29 ---- like a mini Nascar pit stop, in slow motion 😄
I use a chain link fence section to drag our horse pasture to spread manure.
Well looky there, the Top Notch Equipment Boys!
That thing is sweet.
