@@mrdangiles90 The beef madras has bigger chunks of beef , it is (excuse the saying ) the dogs noogies lol but the lamb Karahi ( just looked it up lol ) has a great overall flavour .
Of the range, I've tried the Black Lentil Dal, the King Prawn Bhuna, Tandoori Smoked Butter Chicken, the Lamb Karahi, the Gunpowder Potatoes and then, the truly nasty, Samosas. The Lamb Karahi was outstanding with the rest having a euro-asian taste to it. For ready meals and for what they cost, they were above the norm, apart from the Samosas, which had the most unpleasant shortcrust pastry enveloping a meagre amount of edible content. I have been to India many times, so consider myself to have a decent asian palate.
*Excellent and thorough Review of this Butter Chicken it has to be said 🙌👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻* The cottage pie you reviewed,I tried after seeing this review- very nice, very tasty.after taste of ale.funny enough speaking of ale,I can’t find worthingtons bitter online anywhere- always get a can in come Christmas time as I love a bitter shandy but can’t find it online. The peters festive sausage roll was fine but I would compare it to their pork and pickle sausage roll, not too far away taste wise, but good and definitely better than the slice. Next !! Best wishes
@@BitOfMunch I'm very confident they will all be great value. I'm going to asda soon to sample their products. I believe what your saying, personally I've never tried their products.
Omg this butter chicken is absolutely delicious. I tried the biriani, wasn't so impressed, but this asda butter chicken is delicious. Great munch 2 for 5 pound and I'm going to stock up these. Best I've tried and even better than a takeaway. Buy it people mmm
Well it looks good but I'm not a fan of butter chicken not spicey enough for me but I see they do a beef madras in the range I will try that I keep seeing good reviews for this Bom Bahia stuff as Asda is now owned by Indians it would be a poor state of affairs if they couldn't get there curries right.
Where on Gods good Earth did the chicken come from? A young lady that worked at the vets my sisters co worker takes her dog to said she once found a feather in her chicken kiev! I’d like to try and avoid that thank you very much!
This brand in Asda are the Elvis of supermarket curries. The beef madras one is superb. I must try this one next Steve
The lamb one is superb too
@chrisfrench5304 Nice! I have only had the beef madras one and the garlic chicken...I'm working my way through the range haha
