Love the hell out of Hyperstone Heist. A lot of people have the huge misconception that it's a watered down version or "rip off" of Turtles In Time (how can it be a "rip off" if they're made by the SAME COMPANY?) when that couldn't be further from the truth. HH is a remixed/combined amalgamation of both the 1989 Arcade game and Turtles In Time with some exclusive new content put in that's wrapped around a new story. My ONLY negative with HH is the fact that they could have thrown in more bosses'. Other then that both games are a blast to play.
It may be not rip off (really, same developer) but there is hell load of content was reused. Lets say Technodrome is very similar to turtles in time and Supershredder as well. A lot of additional content? Dunno, as mush of stuff was added as much was removed too. Overall its just revamped version for another platform. Its not bad in any way.

I had it for about a week, then loaned it out to a guy in exchange for Dynamite Heady who I then never saw again. Zero regrets, felt like I traded up since I'd already beaten this half a dozen times.
I remember getting this game and my brother and I beat it in a week. Took one of my friends 3 days to beat. There were only 5 levels in this game. the action was great but it was too easy. If it had more levels and enemies, it would have been cooler

Anime mode, all the turtles have the same shade of green with eye pupils, and in comic mode, the turtles come in four different shades of green with white eyes. Just like their toy counterparts.
As Jason said they are all robots. Foot soldiers have always been robots or should be. The movies though have them as kid gang members and all, but they aren't. Now why the bosses explode is another matter :)

Outstanding by Genesis standards, but still doesn't stack up with the remainder of top beat 'em ups. Turtles in Time, Streets of Rage 2, and Final Fight will always rule the roost. This game is only slightly better than the disappointing beat em ups like Double Dragon IV, BattleToads in BattleManiacs, and Double Dragon and BattleToads: The Ultimate Team.
I would say that it's pretty good. Also includes some parts from old titles like the first turtles arcade or the second one in the nes ( boses like Rocksteady or Baxter, the shogun area, the cars movin' towards you). It's shorter than Turtles in time, but pretty funny to play too.
+Nicholas Ashford Hyperstone Heist has less levels but they are much longer then Turtles In Time due to them having 3 section each. Both games take about the same amount of time to beat.
***** Yes I know T.I.T has more boss fights but as far as length goes they both take just amount the same time to beat. I have both games, beat them countless times, and they each take about 45 minutes (give or take) to complete.

Both TIT & HH are somewhat the same; however, in HH there are different bosses and stages.

Best thing about this game other then how cool it is no vr online leveling up best ninja turtles game ever when gaming was simple plug in and play.
