Thats an impressive property but even more impressive is the effort you have taken to present it properly. I dont live in your area but I would certainly employ your skills if I did. Over the years I have traded many properties and have mixed views of the agents we have used to help us buy and sell, none of which have attained the level of professionalism on offer here. One property we had for sale last year frustrated me because the agent just wasn't pro-active enough, in fact other than a picture in their window and a smart leaflet they did virtually nothing. The result was we had to take a hit on the asking price because the interest shown was minimal. I am so impressed I am having a think about investing in an agency and having a go myself!

It sure is a great little property...but with all going on with climate changes I would not take the risk living so closed from the water😢
The Sea needs to rise by 3 metres for this to be an issue. Everywhere else including across the water would flood first. It's practically impossible.
