this is without a doubt the best avenged sevenfold song ever, not because it's 11 minutes long, but because it has soul, probably the best guitar work they have done, best drum work, best lyrics, best bass line, best vocals, and the best structure, it's like every thing avenged sevenfold has ever been up to that point in that one song, the breakdown could easily go on sounding the seventh trumpet or waking the fallen, the solo's have a city of evil feel to it, the piano and orchestra backing's could easily come off the self titled album too, but that is just my opinion, but they need to play this song more often, maybe as the last song, yeah unholy confessions is a great song to finish with, but this one kinda beats it

Save Me was not supposed to be on Nightmare and the band added it post to The Rev’s death. The Rev told Matt that, Fiction was the last song on the album and that he was done, like with the album, that’s where they called it wraps. This song was added after The Rev’s death to add on to the songs they already had remembering him. Though many say this isn’t written about him, it is and has been stated before.

That sanity's left us all blind
And dragged us all behind
Of moment's seemed to go's eyes
Crystal blue disguise
They say that all beauty must die
I say it just moves on
If you'd only open your mind
Then someday you will find
Insanity's left us behind
And walked right through the night

As yesterday pictures of my own

Hope that everyone here is okay. Please be safe and remember that people care about you, even if it may not feel like it sometimes. If you are feeling troubled, maybe professional help is the answer, or talking to a trusted friend about what you are going through. Wish you all the best.
The way that the crowd sang along tonight we all die young...made my tears come out
Johny bass sound is so Beautiful. He nailed the stage
Amazing ass performance, Literally one of the best singers in this world.
The lights are beautiful !!
Wooooow..they honestly NAILED it. They got all the back up vocals, and everything so perfectly...amazing.
I agree best A7X song ever!
That sums it up..
I mean, the song sums it up, what Avenged Sevenfold is all about!!!...
Fuck I've never even realised, at 5:36 Zacky has to play everything Syn is, in harmony, he's an insane guitarist too what the heck
Yess!!
Zacky fast hand!!
Yes he Is very good guitarist too
i'm sad that they didn't play this when they played in my country :( but i guess if they had played this song i would be crying for a year straight after the concert
I love this band so much. Greatness!
for 10++ minutes, syn does all the hard work :D
they pretty much have one ten minute masterpiece per album lol. "Shattered By Broken Dreams", "I Wont See You Tonight Pt 1", "Betrayed" "A Little Piece of Heaven", and "Save Me". I just cant wait to listen in Awe of the new masterpiece they come out with
and in 2016, we got exist. a7x are really good with the longer songs
@@airconditioningunit9777 bro just skipped over acid rain and thought that we wouldn't notice 😂
I was obsessed with A7x through the my twenties. I’m 38 now. Crazy how time flies. I was there for jimmy’s death. I was there for the heartbreak after and the concerts that these guys could barely get through. They played this this song in Jax. I believe it was thanksgiving night. It was beautiful. The greatest ten minutes of any show I ever witnessed.
ESSA TA DE VOLTA NA SETLIST EU TE ESPERO NO BRASIL SEVENFOLD!!!!!!!!!!
9:19 Say no more. Hands down one of my favourite ever breakdowns
I love this song so much mainly the guitar part at 9:00 or in the beginning at the 0:35 part can rewatch that forever
I am still listen AVENGED SEVENFOLD.....2020
This song makes me have goosebumps
Como dije, te veo en todo video de avenged sevenfold :v
Cecil Alejandro jajajajaja deja de seguirme
jajajaja no :c
Without a doubt there best performance ever
One of their best performance. Really want to see them play this song in 2017/18
12 years later and a top 20 osu player chokes a hddt fc
This is why I love music !!! Songs like these....bands like the...
Easily the best avengedsevenfold song and best album theyve dont i mean hail to the king was great but it didnt get my attention as much as nightmare did still yet to see them in concert :( want to tho
Exactly
Hail To The King wasn't *that* great...
City of Evil, wtf then maybe this one
Syn perform that solo in live is kinda crazy, really really amazing
Thank you man for recording and uploading this masterpiece. Very high quality!
Save me and A little piece of heaven are A7X's best encore songs
I love brooks but when ppl diss arin for “not being good” bruh this is one of their most difficult songs and dude played it every night on tour… A7X have always had goat drummers
That tonight we all die young part gives me chills
Love this song! It's beautiful and played live is even better!
syn does SO MUCH in this song its crazy
