this is prob my fave out of all the zero to hero eps, it really brought out the value of mats and currencies, which typically I never really think about as a hoarder and only selling like wood when I over stack. it's also inspired me to actually USE my mats and currencies instead of hoarding like mad for no reason. very exciting stuff! also, eriously streamer luck lol, I never get high roll drops *sigh*
Watched the vid entirely, fun journey so far :) I just wish it wasn't so delayed compared to streams since its making me skip zero to hero streams to watch the videos
it'll start catching up now - the last two videos were just absolutely brutal to put together, 36 hours of stream compressed down into 2 hours of video!

Absolute amazing work, love to see it. out of interest, did you choose guardian consciously for a reason? or was it just random ? I'm currently a returning player after playing on and off since launch and fancy myself a support class, and really toying between Engineer (which i've never played) or guardian. From a pure vanity aspect i have a Bifrost on my thief and would love to incorporate that into a new class if possible, but not essential
He explained it at the very start of this account. He suggests Guardian, Revenant, or Engineer. The reason is simple, they can do everything, every build is pretty good for what you need (damage, heals, tank) If you want them based on difficulty: Guardian (easy), Revenant (medium), Engineer (hard). You don't have to play them as support classes, right now if I'm not mistaken with EoD every class can fulfill every role, it's just that they're not great in some aspects, except for the 3 I mentioned. They have pretty good builds for every archetype.
How? I've only got 500 hours and have had that much gold multiple times. Do you just not sell anything? Do you instantly buy stuff once you get gold? Do you not actually play or something?
Ran dragonstorm not too much but probably around 40 times....and never got something worth more than 2 gold 🤣 In my 5k hours I only probably dropped a hand full of skins/weapons/armorpieces that were more than 10 gold.
TL DR: Scuffed PVP tourney turns into a quick 15gp I think my comments keep geting deleted here for saying "Bl4asting". Replaced a with a 4 cuz I cant stand typing all out and getting deleted. Anyway, been using a hardstuck shoutsworn build going through silver and decided to join up on lfg for an automated tourney. Didn't go perfectly, but we got 4'th place and scraped together 15gp for ourselves. If you put that foot forward, be it imperfectly, you may still be well rewarded.
100 gold overtime teleporting 😂 absolutely ridiculous .wouldn't matter how fresh the acc was..you'd better have hundreds of thousands of gold by that point to justify said time being wasted

Developers are capable of tweaking certain values of accounts to boost or nerf RNG. They tend to do that for the major streamers of their games.

1:04:23 What I am doing without a pass is tp to PvP area and exit to LA. Saves few silver when going from Cantha/Desert/Jungle.

guardian uses staff (for your bifrost) as healer for the meta heal firebrand build =) if u want to use that skin

i played my first month without autoloot and it's not that bad, the item drops stack on top of each other and you click just E time to time
If I want to get back to L/A from any map just go into wvw use portal cost nothing so easy
