Dumb & Dumber 15 Jan 2021

Following a HiLux on the Bruce south bound at the Sippy Downs end of the road works, can't keep in the lane, also driving below the 80 limit which is weird for most on this section. Then a 2nd 4x4 ute catches up and then someone in the HiLux passes something to the other ute. Then they pass it back, but this is blocked from the camera due to the car charging lanes.
