Good work there lads well done as its not easy working on the floor i did one with 2 jacks and found it not too bad on a passat 2016 estate , im 64 years old though,, been at this stuff,, only bigger since 1977,, all the best in your careers,,, good video,,, good work and grand music too boot ......
I have changed clutch at home on my MK6 1.6tdi and MK7 1.6tdi without disconnecting steering rack rods, without oil drain from gearbox, without driveshafts taking out from wheel bearings, without draft shaft base being removed from gearbox. All job was done without lift only with two jacks.
Great 👍 . But its only 30 min extra job and much more easily remove and fit gearbox 👍.
Tell me more as I need to do the job very soon?
Great video, Well done in compiling it. How similar is the same remove and refit for the DMF and clutch on a Superb Mk3 2 litre 187hp front wheel drive ? My DMF is starting to knock on take up when I am towing my caravan so I think it needs changing.
Thanks. All Volkswagen, Skoda, Seat and some Audi gearboxes quite similar
What bit is required for the bolts that hold the shafts into the wheel bearings, thanks
Why my dual flying mass somethimes sound like is used sometimes not?
24:45 what size 12-point torx? Is it 12mm?
Very good detailed video thank you for sharing
Hi was it start/ stop do you have part nr for the clutch&flywheels where can i get good deal on them
Porque você separou o volante/disco e prensa?
Eles nao vinham já montados de fabrica?nao era só instalar/apertar o conjunto à cambota?
Abraço
Please may l ask what model of milwaukee impact gun you used?
MILWAUKEE M12FIWF12
Fantastic tool.. very helpful…
Isit Possible to do this without having an impact gun?
Yes, you can repair a car without an impact gun, but using one saves a significant amount of time. I believe it’s a good investment, especially if you regularly work on cars.
Hello. I have a 2012 mk6. When i release the clutch pedal it makes a clunk metal noise. When i release the clutch very slowly it does not make that noise. What could it be?
Probably it’s Flywheel gone..
Is it a clicking noise?
@@uzair18 Yes just one click noise
Its a common issue. It shouldn’t affect functionality but would require changing clutch pedal assembly to get rid of the clicking noise.
@@uzair18 Thank you for your response. I forgot to say when im in first gear give it gas up to 1900 2000rpm then when i push the clutch pedal the whole car just shakes hard one time (i dont know how to explain it well)
I know his pain on them tie rod end nuts😭
What is the name of this tool 25:19?
vm.tiktok.com/ZGeUveeh6/
👍♥️♥️😊
Good but the music was rubbish 😂😂 is this the same engine as the vw golf 1.6 2010
What music you can recommend?😂
Starý šrouby, stejný utahovací moment pro spojku i setrvačník 😳, špatné pořadí povolování šroubů převodovky... všechno špatně! 🤦
4:26 what is that bit there?
If you mean slave cylinder bolts, it’s 13 mm socket
I wish you mentioned the bit/socket sizes! Because I don’t have all the sockets sizes and I don’t want to be stuck in the middle of the work
Great, thank you!@@CarFixEasy
