Such a great documentary!!! I love how the film intertwined their lives as climbers and nurses. It’s hard to maintain the balance between work and climbing as healthcare workers. Climbing gives them output but sometimes work just drains so much out of you. As a fellow healthcare worker, their stories really shows me that it is okay to put away climbing goals for a bit when you are burned out from work. But you will always come back to it. The climb is always there for you.
Nice to see fellow nurses getting a chance to voice the joys and freaking stresses of our profession. This video made me see that climbing is like nursing. You are on your own, you have to constantly work the problem and man it feels good knowing your mates are there to help catch you when you eventually fall. And nursing is like that rock. It's hard, never seems to get easier and it is always there, unmoving. Well done sisters.
Thank you, Arc'Teryx for the land acknowledgement and for your consistent efforts towards innovation. I'm a Vancouverite, trail runner, hiker, and nurse so this video resonates so much to me ♥
As someone just starting their healthcare journey in dental school, this was an amazing watch! So cool to watch such amazing people keep their stoke alive through the hardships of healthcare. Definitely inspired me to get out and try hard when I can!
I feel that during the 'plandemic' it made people more idiotic of who they are in general. Also from the nursing field that I know, my mom was a nurse, my aunt was a nurse, I've dated nurses... I think it's the one field that you can be an a$$hole and not show up and know that you are not likely to be fired. The industrial healthcare system creates the lack of accountability and hinders people being able to have quality time off to do their passion such as these people.
I think "Frontlines" is a reference to having to treat everyone in need, professionally and respectfully, regardless of how much of an @sshole they are.

Well-told story! Loved the honesty of these strong women. Ashley: "Ummm... Passion's a strong word. I'm passionate about climbing for sure."

Thanks for telling their stories and perspective. Great film!!!
The fact that they don’t feel like hero’s or even think that they don’t deserve the praise they got just makes so much more to heros!

Is “Frontlines” lowkey a cameltoe reference? That would be hilariously clever…

I think its more of a reference to working on the frontlines of healthcare and sending lines outside
thanks for sharing these stories. this film surprisingly impacted (inspired?) me more than any VDoubleDigit film I've seen.
