Amazing lines, fantastic mountain views, cinematography and, bonus, punk rock music. What an awesome film that brought back great memories from snowboarding in the 90s for me. Thank you. Made my day.
A real gem, a real family man, a passionate love for the snowboard, great movie, long live the punx! You’ve inspired me to get back riding more consistently.
Wow, stumbled across his IG years ago and was really impressed. Cool to get to know him a bit through this film. Outstanding production on all aspects as well.
"It takes years to get in with him. He doesn't like crowds and is a man of few words." So he made a video with a massive global brand to market on RUclips in front of millions of people.
One does not contradict the other. Why are we acting as if they did? You can make a movie about your achievements and what you are doing while being a man of few words and not liking crowds. How does a movie change one's character? You either have or you don't have certain traits; behaviour patterns etc... I'm genuinely don't understand what are you trying to achieve with that comment...?
@@poppingkk good point that public actions like creating this video don't contradict a person's private life / character / personality. I get that. I was just highlighting the seeming irony.
It seems you fail to understand the life of a professional snowboarder. There are plenty that don't want the constant spotlight. But they have a job to do, and that's how they earn their way. I speak from experience. Joe has a family to support. It's all about compromises and sacrifices to live his life. But check back on here in a few months, and you won't find "millions" of people have watched it. But it may inspire the next Joe from Saskatchewan to make that leap of faith to live the dream.
The production on this is off the charts! Heads off!
What an amazing film! Well shot and amazing attention to details. And let's not forget about the lines! So rad!
Give the audio guys a raise. Propagandhi and Odesza, combined with some epic clips. So dope.
Love to see Propagandhi highlighted in a film like this. Well done, Arc'teryx.
Great film, the cinematography was top notch for the riding and the interviews and flash backs. And beautiful riding!

Love what arcteryx is doing and support them in making snowboard films! I would like to see more riding content over documentary style films.
Got to catch it on the big screen at Banff Film Fest. Great film, even better on a big screen.
That was so rad. Thank you to the whole team for bringing that to us!

This is unbelievable! Hats off to the entire team

If I’m ever able to become 1/10 the filmmaker of this caliber, I can die a happy man. Absolutely incredible. Beautiful.
This guy is living the dream

Dang this is great. So cool to see guys killing it in your local area
Awesome! I can see how you'd have to beat the crowds to most of those lines.😂
Unbelievable ❤
So sick!!
on the watch later list! 🏁
Sick!!!
Thank you 😊
Joe is a legend, the lines are legendary, the editing and storyboarding are the big let down.
I need the track ID at 12:02… can a legend help me out🤘🏻

Consider Marc-Andre’. I doubt anyone would consider him someone seeking accolades. Yet we all know who he was.
