@@TwoWheelerSparky yes I love my 450MT. It's my 1st off road adventure bike and I'm loving it. I've been getting good tips from some guys at work when I ride with them. I love how capable it is in stock form. I really do need better tyres though.
@@MotoRidesAustralia We'll no doubt be heading out there again one day next year, when the weather is good. If you need a fellow camera man to spot you on those couple of silly sections, let us know 👍
Awesome! They provide the opportunity for some serious fun at a realistic price 👌 I'm secretly hoping they some how bring out an affordable "CF Moto 690 Enduro R"..
Loved the video as usual held my breath again on the cliff edge and steep rock climb your doing great on the new bike,Merry Christmas Sparky looking forward to more adventures next year❤🦘
I am going to collect my cf450mt in feb and was wondering if i can get some advise on whats the best navigation system to invest in as i have been out for 8years getting back in missed the sport
@@Mtpathfinders You'll love it 👍 I've got a link at the end to another video. A dash unit that does Apple Carplay and Android Auto for mirroring your phone apps. It's a bargain with my discount link and code, could be a good starter! However if you plan on riding to the middle of Australia, a dedicated unit like the Zumo XT2 might be the go. Though they're 4-5 times the price.. .
@ yeahh have read alot about the xt2 this just confirms my selection as i do not want to rely on my phone thanks mate but i have aslo been reading about the mirroring unit will also checkout your links thanks again
Thanks mate, good video and good to see how the bike goes since it's on my radar. But like most people I am trying to decide between the RE Himalayan and 450MT. Did you consider the Himalayan?
@@cheesetractor5201 Thanks! I only got to sit on a himy in the shop. It's felt more top heavy when stationary. Surely that would disappear a bit once up and moving though. I'd like to take one for a spin one day 👍 I don't mind of the old school look of the Himalayan.
@@damo66633 It definitely depends on the type of riding you're looking to do 👍 It's great for long open trips and still heaps of fun on the tarmac. I do miss the Rally in the technical stuff sometimes, but once I twist the throttle in the open stuff, I don't miss it at all. Ah.. If only I had the time or budget for two bikes 😁
Watching the KTM rider , a perfect example to anyone ..of how riding a bike you can touch the ground with comfortably…. saves your bacon…he stopped multiple times but because he could steady the bike with his feet the bike didn’t tip over, new riders take note of how important seat height is …despite what some tell you.
@@SomewhereInside Indeed. I like riding a dual sport with heaps of ground clearance, but when you're playing with 200kg it's harder to correct and recover 👍
What a great ride count me in well done mate go the 450
Nothing wrong thinking little bike thoughts, you blitzed it easy
@@FlatBrokeAdventures A bit trickier than a dual sport, but it gets it done 👍

Hey, ride it don't play with it, I've said before!!!!!🤣🇭🇲💯👍
Haha I'll try! It's great to ride and can be pretty handy for taking the scenic route 😂
Looks like an amazing ride, definitely adding that to the list!

I'm a pretty cruisy rider most of the time though. Have bills to pay 😅
This reminds me why I will never buy a 200kg bike.
