Great video. I have seen so many video on this but you explained it so much better then I have seen. I have a better understanding of the Rotators now and some of the exorcises. I have been having so many issues with my shoulder.
Super video. I Used dumbbells to improve my rotators as well. It really improves the barbell overhead squat and other overhead exercises like snatch that require full mobility on the shoulder.

So I had a question. Exactly how "heavy" or how much resistance would we need doing the face pulls with the bands? Meaning so you actually get a sorta semi pump in your rear delt area where the muscle has a burn or should you feel it deep inside the rotator cuff and shoulder blade and not the delt at all?
any suggestions on feeling less sore, im stretching before and after wods, take bcaa, omino, protein shakes etc... still feel like my body is heavy and sore. thank you
My shoulder tendon (i think supraspinatus) is torn in snatch pull. I can't do any of these because it is too painful. Should I push through it? But when I do butterfly press, it feels much better. Stretching gurus advice please.
Everyone should incorporate this exercise into their workouts. It's not just for rehab but for preventing injuries!

He did a great explanation an external rotation exercise, but what about internal rotation exercises?
+Benjamin Vu You generally don't need to focus on internal rotation exercises. Almost anything involving a press will hit those muscles.
