Im real late but thank you for finally making these correctly. Every time I see a video of someone trying these, they make the driest chunks of overfried leather ive ever seen. Of course it sucks, its the consistency of a dog treat!
I was kinda hoping you'd make something with trout considering we're the nation's largest exporter of the fish, but at least you didn't go with the cleché baked potato that every other cooking channel does when doing a series like this.
