If you don't know, I am currently studying abroad in Grantham, England, UK, for the Spring 2019 semester of my junior year at university at a place called Harlaxton College! I live and go to class in a big manor with nearly 150 other people, and I spend my weekends traveling the UK and Europe! Here, I document one or two days of my week every week, and on my blog, I do a weekly summary/review for my friends and family back home and, of course, for you guys! Not Leia is a brand I created in order to live my life to fullest and inspire people along the way! I'm a Christian minimalist simply trying to figure out what God has for me in this life. I study Creative Writing and Religious Studies at WKU, and I lead a Bible Study at a cool place called CSF. I make weekly videos and post on a blog (linked below). I want to be an author and creator. I’m only 21, so I don’t really know what God has in store for me yet. But stick around, and maybe we’ll find out together.

Am I the only person that thinks it's an atrocity that much of the building was modernized? I know it's a school but man.😕

The greenhouses part of the building was in a film once from the early 1990's.

The inside of it is so much different than in the movie. I guess the outside building looks like in the movie the rest is not.

Yes the rest was filmed on a set, but some rooms where actually filmed in the manor like the great hall.

How on Earth do yo ever manage to find your way around that place? It's an absolute rabbit warren! Still, not many students get to take classes
in rooms that look like they've been lifted out of the Palace of Versailles. You're so lucky...………………………………...the old man by the sea.
