No, I think us international buyers are getting screwed big time by Mattel . There's no hope in hell 🙏 that the shipper box is going to hold up to those sorts distances . and Mattel couldn't care less by the sound of it.
First they send damaged boxes, second they give you zero customer service, third will be us collectors not supporting their next Crowdfunding 💯💯💯 that’s just a kick in the nuts to the customer! let’s show these companies who’s the boss with our wallets! they swear they’re doing us a favor… 😂😂😂

Helping a fellow collector, that's admirable, and MATTEL ? well they shoulda made more for this exact kind of situation, an extra 10% of the product for replacement parts or whole replacement, I hope the guy gets this info and contacts you.

Poor quality control…gotta pay attention to all the details. This is what we paid for especially as an expensive crowdfund.
A lifetime ago I got Marvel models from ToyBiz, I called customer support because I was missing a piece, they sent me a whole new model. Mattel doesn't care. Some guy reported missing his Macho Man from his crowd funded wrestling ring and they did nothing to help him. I have no faith in getting Two-Bad, even though I thought they tried to do right by the fans with Grizzlor.
