    Staircase Remodel
    Jason tackles the task of remodeling his staircase alone. The stairs were originally carpet , but after Jason got done they were updated to pine treads. Watch all the twists and turns and plenty of "That's one way to do it" moments.

    / @perkinsbuilderbrothers
    ////
    The RayJay Builder Buddies channel features video content focused on behind the scenes footage from the crew of the Perkins Builder Brothers(PBB). PBB is a fast- growing RUclips channel with over 200k subscribers which had many subs begging for MORE content... this is why RayJay Builder Buddies was created! Our channel is one of the few channels that gives viewers a peek at REAL carpenters working hard and sharing a few laughs with an awesome crew of interesting characters. In addition to working on the PBB crew, we also take on home DIY projects.
    Ray and Jason are hardworking, Industrial athletes specializing in whatever their bosses tell them to do. The Perkins are licensed custom home contractors in Western North Carolina and successful RUclipsrs helping RayJay Builder Buddies take their channel to the next level! Ray and Jay complement each other in a Chris Farley and David Spade kind of way. One is the loud, boisterous type while the other is the quiet, dry humor type.

    Consolation prize: the joy of a job well done will last long after the satisfaction of getting it done fast. Not to mention, the constant irritation of the issues that come with a job done fast will sour things forever after.

    You know what, that was actually inspiring, its such a change to see remodelling jobs that on the face of it look easy but turn out to be those " day one hundred and two" nightmares but end up being done really really well, so cheers from across the pond in the UK and keep doing it one way or another.

    Jay, it blows that Ray did not help you with your stair project. We all struggle with home improvement and a second set of eyes is always helpful. The lumber you borrowed from your lovely wife's closet should come from Ray's house/ stockpile. Stairs look great and I love your channel. You make construction fun and highlight everyone's fear and trepidations on doing something different.
