one of my goals recently has been to not let worry into my heart. whether it's about the future or things with work, I've been trying to keep going to God to cast my burdens on him!
He’s also the prince of peace ! And it helps when i go into a time of gratitude when I worry ! I ask the Lord to bring shalom back into my life and i go into a time of just appreciating what’s around me and it helps ! Praying for you !
My goal is to make my wife’s Mother’s Day as special as possible. It’s the same weekend as her birthday. She loves watching your videos and she is a holistic nutritionist. Every time you upload she is like “yay cambria” lol. My wife has inspired me to eat clean and exercise more lately and has helped me lose weight so I know that I have to make her feel appreciated 😊
This extra long video was such a treat and so therapeutic to watch after a long day! One of my latest goals has been to make it to the beach as many days that I can, whether that be for watching the sunset, laying in the sun all day, eating my lunch there, or even just sitting in my car looking out at the ocean for 10 minutes, just really making a goal to make time to be by the beach :) there truly is something so special and meditative about being by the ocean and I am so thankful for it especially with how nice the weather has been lately. P.S. I love watching how excited you and Bo get about your meals, I believe that is how food should make us feel, it should nourish & fill both our souls and our bodies ✨

I’ve recently been to see an MD acupuncturist who I feel like is the first person to sit and listen to my health needs and desires. She is really helping me take a full holistic route to my health and eating. Our first goal is to hone in on my insulin and blood sugar spikes when eating by balancing my meals. I have always dealt with feeling very moody and irritable after eating and never had a healthy period until recently. No where near where I want to be but my goal is to keep making habit changes to my food and overall routine to get rid of my mood swings from my eating! Thank you for such an inspiring video!

My April/Spring goal has been to really hit my 10,000 steps along with helping keep a friend accountable for it as well! It just simply reminds me to be thankful and appreciate the ability to move my body!! Another goal is to do a spring cleaning so that I can find a new organization to donate items too.

It helped me learn how to not fear food groups, however it has become a crutch and genuinely takes me peace more often than not. It helped me to stop binge eating, so the fear of letting it go and the possibility of what "might happen" has bound me to it. One of my goals is to learn how to introduce healthy meals that are quick and simple into my life. I work full time and go to school full time so I have limited mental energy to give to food but I know it’s so important! Your videos help me so much!
One of my goals is to find a night time routine that supports my morning routine. I’ve recently started going to the gym (early) in the morning and my sleep hasn’t been optimal. I’m in a season of motherhood with my young son that includes middle of the night wake ups, but I believe if I prioritize going to bed early and be consistent, those middle of the night wake ups shouldn’t affect me as much. This video was amazing.

One of my goals is to grow all my organic garden from seed. I usually buy my plants due to time factors but I really want to grow my produce from seed to table---my compost is like black gold and it truly makes a difference in the quality of my plants. Spring is new life, and just to plant a seed & see the goods it produces is such an analogy by planting in good soil and giving it love and attention, it's the same with what we humans need,,,wow, our God is such an awesome creator!

Love seeing your meals for the week, so inspirational for different ways to get more protein every day! One of my goals is to be more intentional with others. Our lives are short and it’s unfortunately too easy to let relationships slip away. I want to continue to invest in relationships with friends and family because those are things that matter so much more in life than material things.
So excited it is spring time!! 🌷 making it a point to get me and my littles outside as much as possible. It is crazy how much getting some sunshine changes our moods. Also to get back on track with eating more wholesome foods. Life’s hard for lots of people rn including myself as far as cost of living. But I think I’ve kinda made the excuse that we couldn’t eat as healthy because of the higher costs. When it’s simple not true. Takes a little more effort and creativity & We may not have the extra things but you can get a lot from good Whole Foods. What a sweet treat! two videos back to back. That our place toaster oven is soooo cute~! I have been using liquid chlorophyll that has help me tremendously with bringing oxygen to my red blood cells. I was losing my hair like crazy and within two days I realized my hair wasn't falling out! I initially got it to help with gut health, how amazing! My goal is to finish my last two board exams for my acupuncture license!!!! Because of the pandemic and living in Japan I could not take them. One of my goals is to be more present. To live more of a slow life in terms of really taking in the moments wether it’s enjoying the sun on my skin, smelling the flowers in my yard, appreciating the nature on my walks and making time to cook with my husband.

One of my goals is to grow all my organic garden from seed. I usually buy my plants due to time factors but I really want to grow my produce from seed to table---my compost is like black gold and it truly makes a difference in the quality of my plants. Spring is new life, and just to plant a seed & see the goods it produces is such an analogy by planting in good soil and giving it love and attention, it's the same with what we humans need,,,wow, our God is such an awesome creator!

A new goal for me is to care for myself better and this body Hesus gave me. I want to be strong for myself and my family! Started to get a workout in or intentional movement daily, even if it’s short. I also want to do at least one thing in the evenings to pour back into my cup. Thank you for your videos! I’ve been coming to your videos for the nutrition chats more recently. I love all the educational info! 🤓 but one of my goals has been to try to get more protein into my diet along with sticking to a gluten, sugar and dairy free diet for the next 10ish weeks!

I have a few goals for this season. For my fitness i am actively adding 2 days a week for a work out. ( i am basically a non existant exerciser). Another goal is to find joy in cooking. I have been struggling creating and making meals at home instead of just ordering out.

So excited it is spring time!! 🌷 making it a point to get me and my littles outside as much as possible. It is crazy how much getting some sunshine changes our moods. Also to get back on track with eating more wholesome foods. Life’s hard for lots of people rn including myself as far as cost of living. But I think I’ve kinda made the excuse that we couldn’t eat as healthy because of the higher costs. When it’s simple not true. Takes a little more effort and creativity & We may not have the extra things but you can get a lot from good Whole Foods. Was reminded today when I found my two little toddlers snacking under the tree with their raw carrots. Totally satisfied with their carrots and the sun ☀️ lol

A goal that I am working on currently is waking up to get a 2 mile walk in every morning before seeing my clients! What a sweet treat! two videos back to back. That our place toaster oven is soooo cute~! I have been using liquid chlorophyll that has help me tremendously with bringing oxygen to my red blood cells. I was losing my hair like crazy and within two days I realized my hair wasn't falling out! I initially got it to help with gut health, how amazing! My goal is to finish my last two board exams for my acupuncture license!!!! Because of the pandemic and living in Japan I could not take them. It is has been a long journey but I am really excited to have my license so that I can work and help people on their journey.
