Hi Cambria , So my most favorite thing I do every morning when I get up is play my Christian music playlist it just sets my day to be better and helps me praise Him more throughout the day. I just got Baptized yesterday so now more than ever I feel eternally grateful for his grace and how much he can do in our lives. ❤
My morning routine has changed so much over the years, but the thing the really brings me the most joy is going on a walk first thing in the morning and then coming back and turning on a calming lake/cabin or beach scene on RUclips, lighting a candle, and doing my daily bible/devotional time. I notice such a difference in my days when I don't do this.
Mornings are hectic in my house with getting everyone out the door for school. I used to wait until everyone was gone to do my morning skincare and teeth cleaning routine but I started doing it first thing right when I wake up. The simple act of prioritizing myself first has changed my whole outlook on the day.
One of my favorite things that I do daily is making my bed when I wake up and have worship playlist on while I do.. it truly is just simple but it sets mood for the day. I also leave worship on the radio in my room/home for the day, and it give that welcoming feeling through the day 🤍
Hi! For a few weeks now I’ve been loving walking barefoot on the grass with my 7month old followed by hugs and snuggles. It’s the best way to start our mornings ❤
I have started the morning sunlight and have noticed a huge difference!! We've had two days of rain now and you mentioning morning sun made me realize I haven't had morning sun in a couple of days and I've felt so blah. Caffeine after breakfast has been a huge game changing in managing my anxiety! Bonus - I got a notification this morning that copy of Milk & Honey has shipped!!! I'm so excited!! I have prioritized my morning time. My day seems so much more stressful when I wake up and go straight to work. Having the time to wake-up, have my quiet time, a nourishing breakfast not at my desk, and time to breath totally changes my stress level. And a bedtime routine - this has been a game changer for my stress! Supplements, a warm tea or milk, reading - it is all so comforting and I sleep so much better!

I love having a morning tea and writing in my journal. Writing down my emotions and thoughts in the morning instead of evening helps me so much having a better, more relaxed day.
I love sitting outside and listening to the birds/watching them feed at the feeders. I also listen to a good song and force myself to sing out loud. Singing is so good for the soul! Thanks for this video. ❤

I take a 2 hour break every afternoon and do something that I actually feel like doing. For a homesteader and mom…this is a really big deal. But I find it motivates me and helps me get my work done. ❤

Just found your channel and I’m so obsessed! I started walking three 1 mile walks every day, so right when i get up, lunch time and after dinner instead of just going on one long walk and it’s been huge for me. Drinking a gallon of water, having Magnesium before bed and ice rolling my face in the morning have been literally life changing to add in!

My current favorite daily habbit is to pray over my son and I when I shower us and use it as a time to wash away anything not of God. And during this time I also make it a point to think of something I'm greatful for I have been feeling called lately well since yesterday to find self care or take better care of myself and it's like you read my mind with this video. I got out my journal and wrote down all of this and can't wait to start. Also paused the video to do the self hug and wow I can't believe something so simple can make you feel such an impact. something little i do for my health every day is listen to informative or uplifting podcasts while i do little clean ups in my apartment or cook breakfast in the morning! makes me feel focused, more productive and relaxed during my day while tackling things on my to do list! loved this video and it gave me some more inspiration for things to add to my daily habits🫶🏻
Hello!!!!! I start my day with a 30 min workout, whatever feels good for my body & i enjoy the silence of the morning. I then hydrate with minerals as well! All do this gives me energy and sets my intention for the day. I make a protein smoothie for breakfast before work and that really makes a difference in my hunger spikes! Midday I journey and ground myself to clear my mind and refocus. My nighttime routine consists of reading for 30 min before bed and putting on my magnesium lotion. I also do my devotional and say my prayers to clear my thoughts. I’m definitely going to add the spray to my routine next! Thank you for the added tips & thoughtful explanations. i LOVE the pjs! Loving this video! I’ve been watching you since my freshman year of college (2015) and I have learned a lot from your videos. I think the biggest takeaway I’ve gotten is not to shame myself when I don’t feel good enough, but to remember my identity in Christ, and how that is the most important thing over appearance or trying to be perfect. What I do to live a healthier life is park far away from the entrance to my work. It’s a small thing, but it gives me a nice little walk in the morning, and I get to enjoy the morning air before starting my work day. Hope you have a wonderful night!

My current and most favorite daily activity has been riding my electric bike during sunset with my husband and also playing pickle ball with our friends. It’s crazy how the smallest & simplest of things bring so much joy. Hi! My favorite daily habit is to get up earlier than usual and read my bible for 15 minutes. I started in January. I didn't realize the importance of it and how it has helped me to prioritize my relationship with the Lord. Also, when it's not too hot, on my lunch break at work...I walk for 30 minutes. It helps me to be in a better mood and sleep good at night...which is tough when dealing with menopause!

I have been being more intentional about having more “fun time” with my children. Just talking to them and playing games, etc. They love it and I love hearing what’s on their little hearts and minds.
I workout/get movement in every single day 5-6am and take a walk every day. It is so helpful for my mental health most of all. I also have been having herbal tea every morning before I have my coffee- hydrating and warm and yummy! These habits have helped heal my heart from an early miscarriage as well. I've started trying to resist coffee until after I've had protein. I heard my adrenals would thank me for it, so I started doing this about a month ago. I can so tell how much it's helped me!

Hydrating! I've been drinking 96oz of one part coconut water and three parts lemon water with grated ginger and honey in it a day. I got so chronically dehydrated after having covid and this water has truly brought me back to life!
Of the ones you mentioned, i try to get my steps in every day and also enjoy the sunshine (whi h has been hard in Alaska recently). I also feel like i have much better days when i prioritize reading my bible and prayer.

I couldn't choose one, so here are my fav daily habits: waking up between 5:30-5:45 AM; reading the Bible with my husband first thing (while I'm sipping a London Fog!); walking or running EVERY morning as the sun rises; charging my phone outside my bedroom (and the first time I look at it is to put on spontaneous praise music from RUclips Music--it's the best); and cross-functional training at F45 5-6x/wk. I want to add in more minerals and am continuously inspired by you!!

Hi Cambria, I am really excited to implement some of these things into my daily routine, this video came at what I feel like was the PERFECT time and I know it wasn't by accident as I have been looking for some ways to support my cortisol, adrenals, etc. It's so hard to choose just one but my current favorite daily habits all revolve around the Lord and I tell you, it has changed everything! From blasting worship music and just praising, to praying continually, starting my day with a devotional, journaling and quiet time in the evening for bible study and spending time in the word. On top of that which ties along with your last point of being the most important fellowship and surrounding myself with other Christian's that God has brought into my life where I am just filled with so much joy and my cup has never been so filled, praise God!

I have my degree in Exercise Science and Psychology, and I am now calling out to God for help in my career. Hi Cambria! I love these habits. Thanks for sharing! My favorite habit is oil cleansing my face. The routine of massaging the oil into my face slowly and intentionally and then using a warm rag to lay on my face until it cools really slows me down and relaxes me. I can’t skip on it these days!
I am 3 months newlywed, and it has definitely shifted my personal daily habits, getting in the rhythm of life with my spouse, and putting our coordinating our daily habits with our new schedule. My favorite habits are reading my Bible and journaling, making an iced latte after breakfast, and talking through the day with my husband after work. 😊
I work as an Operating room nurse. A habit I have started is waking up about 3 hours before work. To relax do some chores and watch RUclips, drink my coffee. Just incorporating a slow morning before a busy 12-hour shift is life-changing. 💛

Hello!!!!! I start my day with a 30 min workout, whatever feels good for my body & i enjoy the silence of the morning. I then hydrate with minerals as well! All do this gives me energy and sets my intention for the day. I make a protein smoothie for breakfast before work and that really makes a difference in my hunger spikes! Midday I journey and ground myself to clear my mind and refocus. My nighttime routine consists of reading for 30 min before bed and putting on my magnesium lotion. I also do my devotional and say my prayers to clear my thoughts. I’m definitely going to add the spray to my routine next! Thank you for the added tips & thoughtful explanations. i LOVE the pjs! Loving this video! I’ve been watching you since my freshman year of college (2015) and I have learned a lot from your videos. I think the biggest takeaway I’ve gotten is not to shame myself when I don’t feel good enough, but to remember my identity in Christ, and how that is the most important thing over appearance or trying to be perfect.
What I do to live a healthier life is park far away from the entrance to my work. It’s a small thing, but it gives me a nice little walk in the morning, and I get to enjoy the morning air before starting my work day. Hope you have a wonderful night!

My current and most favorite daily activity has been riding my electric bike during sunset with my husband and also playing pickle ball with our friends. Hi! My favorite daily habit is to get up earlier than usual and read my bible for 15 minutes. I started in January. I didn't realize the importance of it and how it has helped me to prioritize my relationship with the Lord. Also, when it's not too hot, on my lunch break at work...I walk for 30 minutes. It helps me to be in a better mood and sleep good at night...which is tough when dealing with menopause!

I have been being more intentional about having more “fun time” with my children. Just talking to them and playing games, etc. They love it and I love hearing what’s on their little hearts and minds.
I workout/get movement in every single day 5-6am and take a walk every day. It is so helpful for my mental health most of all. One of my favorite daily habits is intentionally stretching! I try to stretch when I wake up, over my lunch break and in the evening before bed. I often watch RUclips or listen to quiet music while I stretch too, so it’s fun, relaxing and helps my body unwind! 🤍

Such a fun video! Some healthy habits that I implement is prioritize protein, go on a walk at some point to pray the rosary or talk to a friend, and I make sure I include activities that I enjoy like mountain biking and hiking!

Every day rn I have been trying to get 30 minutes of sunlight on as much exposed skin as I possibly can. It has been so relaxing and with all the heat and humidity, I've been sweating a lot with out even trying so detoxing and tanning and getting vitamin D all at the same time!
I've learned to love getting up before my kids so that I can have some time to myself. Lately, because it's been raining a lot, I just sit and watch the rain for a few minutes.
I love reading my Bible every morning and also love when I have time to write out a prayer alongside my devotions. :)
My newest habit that I've started is going to bed a bit earlier and reading at night instead of scrolling. Although it's very small it has made the biggest difference for me!

Hydrating! I've been drinking 96oz of one part coconut water and three parts lemon water with grated ginger and honey in it a day. I got so chronically dehydrated after having covid and this water has truly brought me back to life!
Of the ones you mentioned, i try to get my steps in every day and also enjoy the sunshine (whi h has been hard in Alaska recently). I also feel like i have much better days when i prioritize reading my bible and prayer.
I’ve enjoyed going for a walk everyday to our mailbox which is a good 15 minutes each way in our complex. It’s been a huge help for my digestion and mental health!

Lately my goals have been aesthetic because I have some really difficult health problems that I am not seeing progress on. I couldn't choose one, so here are my fav daily habits: waking up between 5:30-5:45 AM; reading the Bible with my husband first thing (while I'm sipping a London Fog!); walking or running EVERY morning as the sun rises; charging my phone outside my bedroom (and the first time I look at it is to put on spontaneous praise music from RUclips Music--it's the best); and cross-functional training at F45 5-6x/wk. I want to add in more minerals and am continuously inspired by you!!

Hi Cambria, I am really excited to implement some of these things into my daily routine, this video came at what I feel like was the PERFECT time and I know it wasn't by accident as I have been looking for some ways to support my cortisol, adrenals, etc. It's so hard to choose just one but my current favorite daily habits all revolve around the Lord and I tell you, it has changed everything! From blasting worship music and just praising, to praying continually, starting my day with a devotional, journaling and quiet time in the evening for bible study and spending time in the word. On top of that which ties along with your last point of being the most important fellowship and surrounding myself with other Christian's that God has brought into my life where I am just filled with so much joy and my cup has never been so filled, praise God!

But every morning I walk or drive out to the beach (sun, snow, or rain) and read my Bible and devotional. I take in creation, and soak in the sunlight for my morning Vitamin D. I have my degree in Exercise Science and Psychology, and I am now calling out to God for help in my career. I work as an Operating room nurse. A habit I have started is waking up about 3 hours before work. To relax do some chores and watch RUclips, drink my coffee. Just incorporating a slow morning before a busy 12-hour shift is life-changing. 💛
