    I own four rackets two of which are Diadem--a Nova and an Elevate. They are very nice rackets. I think your review is right on the mark!

    I am testing out a Diadem racquet from my coach right now. I will say that it's much easier around the net. I am a doubles player, and one who plays the net and volleys - a lot. This racquet has great touch

      Totally agree Valarie! Depending on your skill-level the Elevate and Nova both can be good on volleys at the net :)

    what is recommended tension range for those ??? I can NOT find this info. Tx

      Hi Vi, I don't have the racquets anymore so I'm not sure what the recommended tension said. It's usually on the frame of the racquets. I think it was 52-62 for the Nova and 50-60 for the elevate but I'm not positive.
      You can reach out to Diadem support to double check. diademsports.com/pages/contact-us - The info isn't on their website.

    Do you consider the elevates arm friendly?

    • @thetennistribe

      Hi Danielle,
      Yes, the elevate is an arm friendly racquet. It has a flexible frame and Diadem uses their flex stabilization system to add comfort and feel.
      If you're having arm issues like tennis elbow, you may want to consider your strings as well.

    My elevate tour fs 98 is coming soon, i have at home a string set of diadem elite xt, do you think that it works well on this frame? Thanks

    • @thetennistribe
      @thetennistribe  3 года назад +1

      Hi Cesare, yes, that will work. The string you like will come down to preference though.
      The Elite XT is a stiffer string with a star shape/texture. So it's going to help you generate excellent spin and good power, but won't be as comfortable as a synthetic gut or softer polyester string, for example.

      @@thetennistribe i appreciate it. I like that string on my regular racquet, a Prince Textreme Tour 310 in 16x18 string pattern, very open, loads of spin at mid range tension. This is a completely different frame so i will test it out to tell you my impressions, thanks again.

    Which would you choose for singles vs doubles? Thanks!

    • @thetennistribe
      @thetennistribe  2 года назад +1

      Hi Charlie, it depends on your skill level & playing style.
      The Elevate is better for volleys and offers more control.
      The Nova is a bit easier to handle and has better power + spin.
      I personally like the elevate better for doubles. I'm a USTA 5.0 player.
      Hope that helps!
