Very little rental work happens between agents and home owners / property managers in all of San Diego (it's usually direct between renter and property owner). That being said, I do have a program were I can assist with rentals (but many people don't need it unless they are completely new to Downtown). That link is here: bit.ly/3Oyla7N ***ALSO, check out my apartments for rent page and see if that gives you what you need. It has direct links to the major apartment buildings in Little Italy, East Village, and Pacific Beach: bit.ly/3KijbCj
+Mel Barrera Thank you for watching my videos! The Grande is an anchor piece for the Columbia District skyline. With a longer term buy and hold timeframe (5-7+ years), I would have a very hard time believing this investment would not appreciate. Especially with the new projects happening right there near Pacific Gate. Nothing is guaranteed in real estate but I think a luxury high rise like The Grande will hold up well. It’s one of my favorite buildings. Just watch those HOA fees, over $1000 per month at the Grande (both towers).

I'm looking to rent a condo or high rise apartment down town. Do you help find rentals as well or only purchases? Thanks
