- In this video I mostly explore and resource gather however I did go back to the landing pad POI to finish it off. Also I got radiation poisoning and tried to find a way to fix it however have been unable to find spice anywhere, 1 ingredient needed to make a cure for the problem. Near the end of this video I located another landing pad POI that I intend on hitting at the beginning of the next video. Also, I am pretty close now to getting the Makar-ASV spawned in. Just a bit more iron and carbon needed.

Your miners' landing gears are activating in those tight tunnels.

Could try putting them on a switch/logic or just take them off until properly docking is necessary.
Also, add more lights on the sides.
If you want to travel out of the atmosphere, put a marker on your base and check the Compas.
Worth it if your ship can hit max speed.
Watching Jay build & inspect ships, you can sit with popcorn & soda and watch all night. Watching Jay actually play the game makes you rage quit a game you're not even playing lol. Jay, the environment readout under the mini-map. When it's red, you're in danger.
If you want to collaps POI's you can turn on "show structural integrity" in the debug menu
The invisible icons in the construction menu is a long time bug for me. good to see someone else has it too
I fixed up the starter hover vehicle same as yours. I swapped out several containers for containers expansions and a harvest container. I put the tree cutter on the HV. It's much faster cutting trees now. As far as the gun in that base I built a rocket launcher and took it out using the rockets I gathered from drone salvage. Peek out shoot, peek out shoot. I recommend sending the drone to get it turned away from you. I hope you have a shower setup at your base. You will need to use a shower to remove the radiation. Then after you need to treat the radiation burn. Then shower again. Have you visited the space station in orbit. I thought they had showers and a full medical suite in it. The traders there might sell spice and mushrooms too. You do have some credits right.
You can also use showers to get rid of radiation.
Boosters are often found as loot in POIs. Sometimes you can find gold ore near the poles on starter planets. Otherwise if there is a Polaris Trade station in orbit you can trade for it.
The base was obviously attached to a sky hook..
You found the hidden Meds tab in the food processor as I was about to comment.. But there should be a 'Medical Equipment' option in the Constructor.. for which there are 4 devices. You select when you place.
Fkin push "T" at any time to switch around ur connected toolbar can also click the small wifi symbol on the left side of the tool bar lol got me yelling at myself out here xD
You can also just press any toolbar button twice as long as you aren't in a menu
You got radiation because you didn’t look at the screen. It was 4.7R in that area _all_ the time. It’s on the right hand side below the minimap. The big number is the rads where you are right now, can be 0 if you are inside a ship. The smaller top number is what your body has accumulated. The lower small number is radiation outside of your ship/base.

I'm loving your series. A tip i use to dismantle a building is hit the N key & under the Debug menu click "show structural integrity" that way you can see what blocks are keeping it up

also shower to fix radiation stuff :D EDIT: condition systems fine it just needs to be tutorialized a lil better :P its a skill issue at the end of the day :D your doing great, us experienced players are looking in horror. but your doing so great! xD ull learn to watch your meters just like u can watch your ammo and know whats going on u can push "esc" and mouse over those numbers off to the right and they all mean something very specific. TOOL TIPS TOOLTIPS TOOOLTIPPPSSSS :D get yourself a FULL medical setup theirs 6 machines including the shower and keep some drinking water on hand for dehydration, i keep changing this comment as more needs to be said lur doing great i promise xD

Drones can shut up its their only weakness, and you had the green radiation ointment in your inventory the hole video it was next to the one to get rid of the rads. The end of the main story you get a quantum Processor.
You have portable constructors on you. You should use them while you're gathering resources
Remember to empty the fuel and oxygen tanks before you salvage them.

The insulation boost is the only armor mod you can craft. All others you acquire from looting in the game. Ok back to the video. I’m only 9 minutes in. lol

Only POIs with Chevron Icons have Admin Cores

On the left side of your toolbar you have two small symbols one looks like a shadow of person, the other a wifi signal. When in menus you can switch between your personal toolbar (the shadow) and your connected toolbar (wifi symbol) by clicking the appropriate symbol
Anything organic needs to live in the fridge, they will expire after a period of time, plus if it doesn't make food, it makes meds
That Abandoned Pad was in a radiated area. All those areas with the glowing plants and "pretty" mushrooms are radiated. The burns you got in the POI the first time came from your extended exposure to Xeno blocks which are also radiated. The burns you got the second time was from you killing the core and the O2 being turned off leaving you exposed to the outside radiated area. Also I have noticed that you are not watching the information provided on the screen. Under the mini map is information pertaining to the temperature and the radiation levels of the area you are in. Also you can't build any boosters for your suit other than the insulation booster. You have to find or buy the rest. I am responding as I watch what is happening so if I see other things I will let you know.
In regards to the Makar, it might not be a good option for a starter ship. It likely needs to have thrust in it already as I find that thrusters are not as easy to come by in RE 2 in my experience. Several of the POIs that I once retrieved blocks from now have Admin cores and you can't pull the thrusters off of them anymore. You can still find thrusters, but I have not had much luck on Omicron.
You might have to get spice from the Talon on Omicron. I haven't ever tried so not sure.
You would know by now if the talon were pissed at you they would have attacked your base,and thats a scary proposition
Yes you can be friends with the Zirax. You would have to kill a lot of Pirates, but it is possible. I usually find one of there hidden bases in asteroids and then mine that out. It will give you enough ore and good faction with the Zirax to be atleast neutral.
If you build a shower (deco block) you can wash off radiation before you get a rad burn
The glass was in your inputtop row about 3rd from the right side
If you wanna hop around a planet set your waypoint to global (same way you set a waypoint to another system) . Then leave the planet and you still see the waypoint. THen when you arrive just clear it.
There are icons there, but its an 'elion pls fix' type bug, it also happens to the constructors
When you open you blueprint screen and the game doesnt shows the yellow bar (the connected one), you can click in wifi icon to change to the yellow bar

You cant craft other boosters like armor, radiation, multi... You need to loot them
It is possible to become friendly with zirax but it takes a lot of work
Meds are very expensive in RE2, even with the akua start its hard to get everything you need without doing POIs
