They're not good for any sort of lumbar support. Midsoles that soft don't provide a stable foot bed and so your feet and your back are compensating for that lack of stability. Too much leads to overcompensation which leads to the sore back you mentioned. Get something with firmer soles and invest in a cushioned insole instead. Cheers.
Not to mention the raised heel that most of these shoes have which leads to unnatural articulation of the foot and painful arches and often calves as well.
@@hankagura5355 when you wear super soft cushioned shoes you start slamming your heels on the ground when you walk without noticing so you can feel the ground. I somehow believe it. When I thought I bought a super comfortable shoe ( soft cushion)my feet always hurt later on compared to those normal cushion that I have.
@@Lalthansanga84 yes, you cannot wear them so often because switching back to regular shoes will hurt you, thats why most comfortable shoes are for running not daily use

How comfortable they may seem to wear, but runner's shoes aren't actually designed to walk for a lot of time in them They are strongly performance based shoes Due to their softness your feet are not gonna land properly which leds to deformations of posture in long run So few of those that you mentioned, may cause some problems later
I still think the invincible is more comfortable than the rebel BUT the rebel is a killer running shoe. Shoe light and plush, can go any speed. That rebel is a winner. The invincible for me is too heavy run in.
