Pressing the X or squire you'll combo into a tiger knee kick which one shot simple mobs. And pushing a direction you can dash 2 more to change direction. It takes practice.
You have to shoot the explosion behind the head bro. Thats how you progress in the game. Also I'm disappointed that you obviously only played the new re4 and not the original. One of the best games ever made, and it still holds up
You may aswell have included that some RE games featured alternative scenario's and multiple endings.... none of these are really secrets, virtually basic
Knowing the little I do about about RE4's development - the lake monster is likely always there, preloaded in, looking at you under the water. You shooting is the trigger... but when I play it now and just stand there I imagine I'm having a staring contest with it.
I'm not sure if you know this but when Leon sits in Salazars chair in the RE4 Remake, the way he sits and the camera zooms out is actually a reference to another Capom game in the end of Tekken 5 where Jin Kazama sits in his throne and observes the army he's created
2 strange things I pointed out in RE2 Remake on reddit a few years ago that didn't get much notice: 1. On one of the range targets in the gun shop, the small text appears to be a news report or something about a women being assaulted by 8 men and how they all got minimal to no sentence in court. 2. In the attic there appears to be huge piles of feces like in the sewer. Im guessing this is from the lickers shitting out all the people they ate, or maybe shedding their flesh, possibly building a nest. Surprised ive never heard anything about this anywhere else.
Honestly, there is no incentive to shoot the fish in the lake if you played the game at least once. You can't pick them up unless you're in the boat. And activating it automatically starts the Del Lago fight. After that, the cutscene can't be triggered anymore. And also, you can then just use the infinite harpoons to take them out. A more fitting secret IMO would be shooting the floating chests in the lake from the cliffside (after the gate to the lake from the merchant's place). A sniper rifle definitely helps. There are at least 5 chests, if not 6 (it's been some time since my last playthrough). And each gives 1,000Ptas. Quite useful early on in the game. However, the farther away chests can easily be confused with barrels, which can't be interacted with and waste your bullets.
10:40 you can actually use wesker's power in mercenaries you just have to figure out what the taunt button is for me since I was on console it was just clicking both analog sticks at the same time but if you do this for Wesker he prepares to run and goes in a straight line very rapidly it also damages enemies and pushes them away although for some reason you sacrifice a bit of health for it
i knew all of them!! And you missed an important One! In RE7, on a forniture close to the shadow object puzzle, you will find a newspaper with an article written by Alyssa Ashcroft, the journalist from RE outbreak!
In ''fact'' 21 it says you can't get Wesker's superspeed in RE5's Mercenaries mode, but this is not true. If you press L3 + R3 at the same time (I believe it was those buttons), you CAN superspeed at enermies and even kick their heads off at the end of the run. It does cost a little bit of your life though.
Things you forgot: Resident Evil Revelations 2:Claire sandwich! Resident Evil 2 Remake:Carlos Funny remark when adventuring inside the RPD about Leon's Welcome Banner Resident Evil Revelations: Rachel and Gina Foley could be secretly related
In Re7 you can guarantee the chance baker will cut ur leg off since theres a couple of conditions. The 100% condition is that you use the key to open the hatch in front of him and wait for him to grab you. I did it without looking at him so he always grabs me a moment after I put the key in.
i know most of this is common knowledge but i only just recently started really getting into the series so a lot of this is pretty neat to me (despite some inaccuracies)

11:55 oh jeez that is actually bone chilling 😂😨
2:04 i cant imagine jill with a RUclips channel😂
You deserve more views bro, great job ❤
You may aswell have included that some RE games featured alternative scenario's and multiple endings.... none of these are really secrets, virtually basic
5:23 Leon looks like kratos sitting on the throne
Knowing the little I do about about RE4's development - the lake monster is likely always there, preloaded in, looking at you under the water. You shooting is the trigger... but when I play it now and just stand there I imagine I'm having a staring contest with it.
I'm not sure if you know this but when Leon sits in Salazars chair in the RE4 Remake, the way he sits and the camera zooms out is actually a reference to another Capom game in the end of Tekken 5 where Jin Kazama sits in his throne and observes the army he's created
Tekken isn't a capcom game tho, it's bandai namco.
@@Lazumaus you're right sry
@@Taron-ItUp It's all good, it happens :)
@14:44 don't forget Revelations 2 when Barry says "Whose the Master of Unlocking Now?" After slamming the gate open with the crane
come on, many people think that RE6 is a great game because of how it's built, and how you can meet the other characters
2 strange things I pointed out in RE2 Remake on reddit a few years ago that didn't get much notice:
I was sure they were going to bring Ethan back in 9. It was just begging to be called PheonIX.
Gotta say I like your videos, hope there were more!
Things you forgot:
Resident Evil Revelations 2:Claire sandwich!
Resident Evil 2 Remake:Carlos Funny remark when adventuring inside the RPD about Leon's Welcome Banner
Resident Evil Revelations: Rachel and Gina Foley could be secretly related
Wow, 100 hours researching and all we saw was stuff we already know. Take your Dislike and Flag sir, try harder
most of the things he listed might be form captain eggcellent
This man talks about the Matilda and highlights the re4 pistol? BRUH.
the way you transition between each fact is WILD . its like you're legit rambling and talking to yourself. Frustrating af
Details you missed doesn't really qualify if there's an achievement tied to it.
In Re7 you can guarantee the chance baker will cut ur leg off since theres a couple of conditions. The 100% condition is that you use the key to open the hatch in front of him and wait for him to grab you. I did it without looking at him so he always grabs me a moment after I put the key in.
23:05 I can guarantee that is written "Capcom" and not "Haphom".
In the timeliness, 2 and 3 happened at the same time. You see Carlos shoot a zombie and run away
You can also shoot the camera in the original RE2. I only know with a shotgun, but maybe there's others
i know most of this is common knowledge but i only just recently started really getting into the series so a lot of this is pretty neat to me (despite some inaccuracies)
yeah, that del lago jumpscare was really freaky 💀
adding more to zombie brad. In Inferno and Hellfire difficulties in RE3, Brad will survive his encounter with Carlos, even if you kill him. After this, if you look closely, at various points, such as in the hallway with all the open windows, you will see Brad Actively stalking carlos.
2:23. i remember this happening to me. The first ever time i played, so watching this part made me realize that this doesn't normally happen
Anyone who came to comments before watching dont waste your time he obviously didnt take time researching fr
14:43 It's also in Revelations 2 when Moira is talking to Clair. Moira complains that Barry tells that story to everyone.
so you guarantee that noone who watches this video has ever heard the most popular "secrets" and "details" known by the community since 20 years. asesome. xD
maybe it was a different tragedy or it's possible the tragedy in question was referring to the arklay mountains and the loss of nearly two STARS teams, also lots of people drive classic cars, iv'e seen people drive cars that haven't been built since the sixties
He said.
J2998 right?? Yeah. J2998. Then why does the plate read out, J2198??
Please correct me IF I AM WRONG. ( but I am NOT WRONG!! )
9:52 to be fair, the car that Ethan and Jill uses is a dodge charger, and i believe the car is a reference to the General Lee, a car from Dukes of Hazzard
6:08 this was also a game mode in the original nemesis.
if u play re- resistance and play as jill, when u are breaking the door she gona say : Stand back evryone im a professional!
BUT u can unlock an ability so u dont have to break doors, u can "lockpick" them Jill gona say: The master of unlocking!
Not a popular RE game so this might be some new info for u :)
2 mins in & I've checked out - between the "Rob Schneider is - A CARROT!" voice & the details listed that no self respecting RE fan would ever miss, I just can't
8:21 its not Her jacket, that's chris Jacket from RE1 directors cut alternative costume
7:38 casually gets shot before doing piano skills
9:37 This wooden chair here dates all the way back to RE1 remake on GC.
You forgot about revelations 2 where barry also makes master of unlocking joke
Did u forget Claire Sandwich? From Revolution 2
Re5 playing as wesker you definitely get his super speed it’s the l3 and r3 buttons on the thumb sticks done watching this video
15:19 theyre like combat mutation inhibitors or something like that basically, and they keep the t/g/etc virus in check and not overmutate. when theyre mutating, its because that was destroyed. i watched a video on that forever ago
This dude obviously isn't an actual fan, all of these are common knowledge for a real fan.
The ferris bueller's days off poster.
Wellcome Leon sounds like something Chris would tell Leon when he's around Claire.
And also in the Resident Evil 3 Remake, during Jill's nightmare, the original Nemesis can be seen on the static TV. And I'm not sure if this counts but, Mikhail talks to Nicholai about some of their men being locked in a room might be a reference to Operation Raccoon City where there's a video of Nicholai locking some UBSC mercenaries in a room after wounding one. The book in Resident Evil Village in Ethan's house, Gun Survivalist sound similar to Gin Survivor, the first person Resident Evil games.
Uhh there is absolutely a double chainsaw enemy in re5…
Yea he didn't even play the games he's just trying to spoon feed us his trash 🗑️
7:10 Given that Mikhail is Russian, he cooks not pierogi as you know, but pirogi, since in Russian, pirogi means pies. Dumplings in Russia called Pelmeni.
its not the exact part, Ethan's car is white, The one Jill uses is orange.
You get the lightsaber from Star Wars but not Zero's Saber from Megaman X?
I love how how everyone forgets that George Trevor created the revelations ships too
Wait what
