There's just a thought in the sphere of the preconditions of this INFJ reticence, the conditions that make it possible. In the INFJ ownership of a creative process, that you would not be to open about in the contact with others, what's decisive is the implicit self-confidence. I can actually relish being aware of not saying anything of the things I'm working on in the creative sphere while interacting with dear friends. It is a warm feeling of 'self-ownership' and not a feeling of missing out on a deeper interface in the contact with the others.
Kind of a luxury really. I'm going to surprise everybody with the things I'm working on anyway.

While harmony is of utmost importance to me, sometimes confrontation is necessary, when it comes to disagreement in values. If a friend supports something I find abhorrent, but refuses to come clean and have a discussion -- it's happening now --- I call him out and challenge. And I'm not afraid to say good bye forever.
