    Red Chilli - 10 to 12
    Curry Leaves - Few
    Coconut - 100 Gm
    FOR MUTTON INTESTINE (Boti) BOILING PROCESS
    Mutton Intestine (Mutton Boti) - 1kg
    Ginger Garlic Paste - 1Table spoon
    Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Table spoon
    Coriander stems - Few
    Salt - 1Table spoon
    Water - 200ml
    FOR MUTTON BOTI (Intestine) PREPARATION
    Cooking Oil - 3 Table spoon
    Shallots - 150gm
    Ginger Garlic Paste - 1Table spoon
    Tomato - 2 Medium Size
    Green Chilli - 3
    Add Boiled Boti
    Salt - 1/2 Table spoon
    Add Grinded Masala
    Cook 15-20 min in Medium Flame
    Coriander Leaves - Few
