It's the first time I've watched your channel. Thank you. I could blather forever but I will whittle it down to one question. I have only watched your latest video. Yay on you! There is a 25 mg dose to help get you to 100mg. I was told it wasn't safe to just 'jump' to 100mg at once. Did you do it that way as well? Thank you for this. Until I can get back to work and afford therapy, I'm going to binge watch your bits. You rock. 💜 🇨🇦
