I love these Dan, keep up the hard work. We appreciate you!
Beautiful... Love the diversity of the specimens no two pieces are the same
Dan I'm planning a trip up there because of you. I live in Eastern Idaho so fun times this summer. Thank you brother!
Great job. You have an enormous amount of field geology knowledge.
Reminds me of a turtles shell.
Absolutely beautiful.
💜💫Gratitude💫💜
Maravilloso
Mind blown. I just thought it was a puddling stone
Looks cool
A buddy sent me a piece of rough to work, have only slabbed it so far.
Looks like it should cab well....
Cool
Love the lesson, and now I know how to say epidote! Hoping to get up to Vancouver Island (from Oregon) this September. Am I allowed to hunt Dallasite, or is it all on claims?
Appreciate all the geology lessons Dan! 💯
Hi my name is Eddie, I have been watching your videos for a year now. An I was hoping you could help me identify a rock I have, everyone that I have show can not tell me what it is. I've taken it to multiple professors an other geologist an no one knows.

What’s the value of “semi precious”?
SO ITS AN AGATE SEMIPRECIOUS??
Aka a rock
....oh......its a rock
Dan I know youtube pushes you to do shorts but I hate them and I bet I'm not the only one. we should really stop this trend. the youth has a short enough attention span as it is. instant gratification is killing the world.
I have 4 times more viewers watching short form video than long form. 8 times more likes, and 3 times more subscribers. I still make long form videos and release them EVERY sunday. if you only like long form, just watch the sunday videos.
I like the short form, especially for interesting snippets like this. I mean sure, I love the long form too, but while I would love half an hour of the geology bit, I imagine most people are here mainly for the prospecting bit. Nothing wrong with tuning your content to your audience.
Spoiler: not found in Dallas
I dont believe you invite me and and show me and then i might :)
