  • Heroic Roulette is a challenge I made for myself that guides the gameplay videos for my channel. It is geared towards players seeking a more advanced test of their Marvel Champions skill while still enabling you to play a wide variety of decks. In this video, I explain the details of the challenge and demonstrate how I've chosen to approach the challenge for my upcoming gameplay videos against the Sinister Motives scenarios.
Heroic difficulty means dealing one extra encounter card during the villain phase (for a total of 2 in solo games).

Honestly might be about time i also play heroic or standard 2 expert 2. Like you said a full card collection kinda makes villains that are not capstones kinda easy and it will give me an excuse to play the weaker villians again

I wanna see more player decks created "before" the villain is revealed. :)

I respect that but it probably doesn't work for my games since I build my decks specifically to counter each scenario

@@Stretch22_MarvelChampions No probs. I do enjoy a good deck construction too.
Though this was born from the idea that villain decks are set to "take all comers" why not give it a try with Hero decks. 😀

Which do you think is a bigger difficulty jump, standard 2 expert 2 or heroic

It's too close for me to confidently say, especially since I've never actually played expert 2. If it was encounter deck alone, heroic would definitely be harder, but Formidable Foe might tip the scales. It makes losing to Advance so much more likely even though each villain phase on average is easier.

    Use spdr pool

Sp//dr has a sweet Repurpose protection deck that I actually want to play. 'Pool is light on archetypes to make it a regular part of the rotation, but I may play it from time to time when a cool opportunity presents itself. I'll also include it in the Next Evolution cycle as a nod to it coming out in that wave
