doc, in case you didnt know…WD on WD40 stands for “water displacer”. WD40 was originslly made to be a hydtophobic liquid to displace (remove) water from equipment and electronics secondarily it was a lubricant
I was sceptical but worth a go .sprayed all eight sensors with wd40 and wow first time in months parking assist worked perfectly thanks for the advice .
Nice one! I followed your lead and completed all the maintenance you have shared videos on, for the 630i. Saved me a fortune and gave me loads of fist pump moments, completing the job myself. Keep up the great content Dean, your a legend!
I just done this on my jag first time in weeks the car hasn’t beeped at me working so far it was dew to go in tomorrow to have the sensor replaced bumper off and everything even if this doesn’t last it’s been existing 😂 cheers
Thank you mine only works when it’s really hot inside the car in the summer time when the inside cools off they stop working again but I’ll try the wd40 545i 2005.
Maybe you are just recycling your old videos trying to sell clicks and equipment. It can clearly be seen in your first video 3 years ago that FR sensor doesn't work!!!

Doesn't look like it's working :/
how often do you/should you do this?
Three times a day, after food and avoid alcohol.
Nice video, have you posted something on the membership or not yet? Thinking of coming back to the membership as you are back on youtube again 🙂
Good question I am indeed in planning on posting on there coming this week as I have done a lot on the E87 I need to post 😅
Thanks for the vid and usefull info doc👍
If this works I'm buying you a 6 pack.
Then a video on how to remove them.
Doesn’t work in every case
Well it’s always worked in my case and many other peoples. As you saw in the video I had a fault it sorted mine and it still works today.
Not if the sensors are shorted, damaged or missing. 😂
It's clearly it is not working!!!
