Exploring Burford, Fulbrook and the surrounding Cotswold countryside.

We spent a few cold misty hours exploring the unique Cotswold town of Burford before heading out into beautiful sunshine and the English countryside. We pass through the small village of Fulbrook, visit its Norman church, and attempt a walk back along the heavily flooded banks of the river Evenlode.

I am planning on spending 5 days in the Cotswolds this June. Would you recommend that I stay in one village, or two villages? Where would you suggest I stay in order to maximize my time? Thanks in advance, and thanks for the videos you have posted. I will be driving by car.

If you have a car with you and you’re looking for Cotswold villages, thatched roofs etc, maybe stay in Stow-on-the-wold or Broadway. Both would give easy access to surrounding towns/villages like The Slaughters, Snowshill, Chipping campden, Bourton-on-the-water etc.
