    I’ve only tried making the wide striped pattern, using your technique, Ofcourse. I’m always a bit unsure about getting neater stripes while i roll the Pasta sheet by hand only. But I’d definitely try this :) xx

    How do you prevent the stripes from splitting when filling? This happens to me a lot 😢

      Try making moister dough - you can remove 5-10% flour while making the dough

    Excelent! Ar trebui să-ți pui un tricou cu modelul de paste. Foaia a ieșit foarte frumoasă , găsește pe cineva să-ti tricoteze un pulovăr cu același model. 😊😊😊

    hey i tried 2 times to make it but the dought won't stick together, pretty sure it's the recipe, could i have yours? thank you!

      What happened? I think you need to make your dough bit more moist - reduce the amount of flour by 10%
