I don't understand why they haven't done Lidar on the whole island. The amount of locations they could discover is nuts.

For me, the fact that so many different nations, organizations visited on this tiny island in the middle of nowhere, far from their lands, over such a vast time period, is the greatest mystery
Too much effort, work that took a large amount of time, energy can’t be for nothing. Treasure I believe is long gone but there must have been something very important there to have such work going on for hundreds of years, from so many different cultures
It is a historical treasure mystery in its self, regardless if they find treasure or not. So keep digging!

I think you might be spot on. It now seems obvious, Columbus did NOT discover America. The Vikings probably did. Then word got passed to the Knights Templar, who didn't take credit for discovering America bc they had a secret cache to conceal. Columbus may have set out to find the treasure and simply took credit for "discovering America".

What treasure...Oak Island... Okay when they find it let's talk 10 years of a few coins and a lead cross. Just stop. I'll give you my theory: Samuel Ball found it how do you think a cabbage farmer became so wealthy during that time? When they find it then I'll listen to their crazy theories. Until then they are just wealthy guys with time.
If it's so profound what does it mean. I am referring to the symbol of the small man with a hole in his lopsided head, and one arm longer than the other.
I find the well discovered very interesting and especially the dates of 1100 AD +/- Because if you get somewhere, and then come up with a plan to be there a while, what's the FIRST thing you're gonna do back then? You need fresh water, so you're going to dig a well. So I find this to be a HUGE clue, when the well was dug, as to who was there. This in connection with everything else they've found which links it to the Knights Templar. Ok, Rick and Marty, now that I helped you figure out who it was, can I have 10%?

There isn’t a “Mystery” …what they find is what can be found all over North America if you actually dig enough. I’m in Indiana and have found similar things randomly

As you know, one of the basic principles of the scientific method is the control experiment.
In this particular case for example, dig anywhere else on the Canadian east coast to see if you find anything similar.
With pseudo-science, on the other hand, they never do that.
It's the same with all these pseudo-scientific shows on History and elsewhere.
For example, they supposedly find plenty of "anomalous readings" with all their goofy "experiments" in Skinwalker Ranch, but you never see them conduct an experiment outside the ranch to see if they would find the exact same kind of results (and probably they would, unless the show is completely faked right off the bat).
All of this is a shame and contribute to the general scientific illiteracy of the audience...

Columbus, the Portuguese and the Templars are all the same "gang" in different times. Columbus "forced" his marriage with someone linked to the Order of Christ, or the rebranded Portuguese Templars, the first king of Portugal made him self a Templar, a brother of the order, a Templar. Original ancient mines under Lot 15 and 16 hold what is part of the Aztec treasures, Templar treasure, and any earlier Jewry treasures of the Temple Age, and that of the exiled/banished/extorted jewry leaving the French and English Inquisition against the Templars but also extorting the Jews of their money, ... and running to the jewish-christian Celtic christian church of Scotland, and King Robert Bruce of Scotland, and his father Lord Robert VI of Annandale, Crusader in the last (10th) Crusade and the fall of Haifa and the Golden Tower of the Templars and bringing them back (treasure and Templars) to Scotland, then to Oak Island.
11 seasons of digging up a island the size of a golf course and they still didn't find anything, if there was treasure its long gone, the last owners of the island probably found it then decided to sell it to these "treasure hunters" and is probably now sitting back laughing at these guys spending 10+ years on this small island looking for something that isn't even there anymore.

The Ark of the Covenant notion is beyond ridiculous and wishful thinking. I love this show but sometimes they just grasp at random theories with zero credibility. They WANT so badly to find something that's probably not even there and everything magically links to the Templar. It's nuts.

Only 2 weeks away from a new season of 25 hours finding nothing, receiving empty promises and listening to the narrator pretend it's a big deal. Can't wait to fast forward through most of it.
