The-Bible never teaches that anyone who is in Christ Jesus, could ever have a generational curse- or have a so called (generational spirit) In Christ Jesus every single curse was broken! If anyone be in Christ They are Free Indeed / Truly Free-and not In 21:2721:28 Bondage.
God never initially placed a curse on mankind. Only on those who go to hell, to the serpent (the enemy and his unclean spirits), and to the ground in Genesis.
The curse is sin, are you a sinner, do you sin, well the curse of sin is death and hell. Seen any people die around you lately? The Lord Jesus gives us freedom from the curse of sin, but the body will die, but be raised incorruptible.
Once saved always saved is true as we are not strong enough to take ourselves out of God's hand once weve made Jesus our Lord. On the flip side of thr coin 1 John tells us that if we live in sin that we were never saved to begin with.
If you are saved, you will sin, willing. If you stay in that sin, God will chasten you. The kind of sin you are in, and the amount of spiritual fruit you put out, will determine if you are truly saved. As for OSAS, ITS NOT ONE SIDED, ITS THREE.
@Bibledingers, concerning generational curses. Everyone gives an opinion, but no one reads the context in Deuteronomy. First off, it's talking to the children of Israel 🇮🇱 . Second, the curse comes because of idolatry, period. I don't understand why people can't stick to the literal words on that page. You guys are very, very based. I would love you to see guys challenge brothers like Pagani, for example, with the context... Kudos, love your channel!
@@Bibledingers Yes, yes, I watched it, thank you! However, I can't wait to see you guys push back on those well intentioned brothers who, sadly, believe in generational curses without even considering the actual context of Deuteronomy. Again, check it out for yourself, the generational curse is for the Jew who forsakes God and goes after idols. Context, context, context. How on earth are people writing books 📚 on generational curses without understanding the simplicity and plain reading of the text...
Very few these guys reading out of the same kjv translation, very few are Spirit filled, very few, can actually stay inside the confines of scripture to explain the text. Either you have the holy Spirit of you don't have him.
To both of the gentlemen in this podcast if it is scripture alone. Unless you eat of my flesh and drink of my blood, you have no life in you. That is repeated several times throughout the four gospels and other books of the New Testament. How can you say you rely on scripture and ignore that? Or how have the Protestants hijacked those verses to defend their idea of symbolism?.
Clearly in the Bible, there are three sides to so called eternal security. Most people that believe in OSAS, can only see one side. That isn't how the holy Spirit show us throughout the scriptures. What the OSAS believer end up doing, is explaining away the other two sides, or explaining away the scriptures that prove these two other sides. That's what Corey does. People are not that smart, when you can only see one angle. No, I'm not smart at all. There are some narrow-minded fundamental views in the Bible, like ,Jesus is the Only way to the Father. Or there is none other name given to us under heaven, where by we must be saved. There's others. People debate against the Godhead trinity and Oness, well, both of them are clearly outlined in the Bible(kjv), both are right. The only thing is, we know Jesus is not presented to us as the Father, but the Son. If you stick to one side with OSAS, you gonna always be debating people. Be ready to explain the three sides. Yes, it's in the Bible and it's not a 30 min video.
@@EAGLESDrew that’s why I said we should have a video about the differences of curses, judgement, and consequence cuz it seems like the terms were all thrown together in one
Why does Corey always say Polycarp was Modalist like it is a fact when, in fact, his writings from what we have do not suggest that and at the time? Plus, Polycarp didn't even deal with modalists. His arguments were against Gnosticism. Not the nature of God. Corey just always brings this up to try to discredit church History it seems like. I agree that church fathers aren’t perfect and were wrong about some things but he always brings this up like it’s a Trump card when more than Polycarp wasnt OSAS.
JP doctrine is very flawed. He didn't bring up any scripture for exegesis. He appeals to authority (which is a fallacy). We can't go by "well what's your definition?" That's not how Truth works.
Martin Luther relied on his own interpretations. He personally declared the books that went against his beliefs as not being scripture. The Catholic Church hijacked nothing.
The Catholic church is not a denomination. I it's existence predates denominations. The universal church is the church of the Apostles and of the early Church fathers.
All the early church fathers were Hebrews, from ancient Israel/Jerusalem. These 13 apostles are the ,Ephesians 2:20, are the Church fathers. These men were not European Romans. These guys high jacked Christianity and paganized it. Thus we have Catholicism today.
@contendingforthefaith9897 The first church father to use the term Catholic(universal) was Ignatius of Antioch. Antioch with Syria. Very far from European.
The Best Bible Teacher ever!!!!!! Hello Bro Corey...thanks for sticking to just the Scripture.📖🐑🙏
