Yes, when you lose the whole eye, it's not darkness. It's like trying to see with your hand, or hair, you see nothing- and nothing IS NOT darkness!

A black spot on the left means the eye still see, but its covered. So then it means that the eye fill the entire center of the screen. But then, is that all?
