These guys are fuckin crushing it. Demigod-era Behemoth and Chaosphere/Nothing-era Meshuggah were the last things that were able to hold my attention like these guys. I'm sick to death of quantized, processed, by the numbers math-metal. What Vitriol is doing is just what the doctor ordered for me. Sure, Meshuggah still releases amazing albums, but that's just one band. It's gonna take a hell of a lot more than one band to keep Metal ripping and tearing in new directions. Bands like Vitriol give me hope for humanity. They're not like a sledge hammer, but they're not quite like a scalpel either. They're a bit of both.
@@veenoir1991 Honestly, I'd rather see an Explorer that doesn't quite fit with the rest of the scene than another band who plays BC Rich. I can't stand that company lol. Everyone I've ever met who owned one was just a vain jackass lol. They're like the Dodge/Chrysler of guitar companies, and that ain't a good thing.
People don't understand what an incredible talent can play those technical riffs while belting out those screams. Most guitarists, even great ones, cannot do it.

Man. I’m blown away. Not only is the musicianship fantastic, but their stage prénsense and showmanship is astounding. So powerful. Matches the music.
