    Drink Clove And Cinnamon Tea Each Morning, THIS Will Happen To Your Body!
    Cloves and cinnamon are two very popular health food choices, and for good reason. They both offer many health promoting abilities and even medicinal properties. One easy way to obtain these benefits of cloves and cinnamon is to make your own tea at home using both ingredients. All you will need is one cup of water, half a teaspoon of cinnamon and four to five cloves. First, mix all of the ingredients together and then bring the water to a boil. Allow the mixture to boil for about three to five minutes, then let simmer for ten minutes. Let cool to your desired temperature and then enjoy. Now, lets discuss the amazing health benefits of consuming clove and cinnamon tea.
    1. First, combining clove and cinnamon to make a tea is a great way to add important nutrition and antioxidants into your diet. Cloves are a great source of manganese, as well as vitamin K, vitamin C, calcium, magnesium and more. Cloves are also high in antioxidants and dietary fibre. Cinnamon is also a great way to add nutrition to your diet. It is a very good source of manganese, and also calcium, iron and vitamin K. Cinnamon is also an amazing source of antioxidants and dietary fibre.
    2. Another amazing benefit of consuming clove and cinnamon tea is that it has incredible antibacterial, anti-fungal and antimicrobial properties. This can help to reduce unwanted infections in the body as well as boost our immune system naturally. Studies have shown that the antimicrobial properties found in cloves can reduce the growth of bad bacteria in the body while also reducing infections and promoting oral health. Cinnamon is also helpful in this regard due to its main active compound known as cinnamaldehyde. This compounds has been shown to help fight various infections and reduce fungi.
    3. Another important help benefit of consuming clove and cinnamon tea is its ability to help regulate blood sugar levels and provide benefits for those individuals with type 2 diabetes or those at risk of developing type 2 diabetes. Research has shown that cloves can help to control blood sugar levels. As well, studies have shown that cloves can help with the increase of insulin secretion, which is vital for maintaining blood sugar levels. Cinnamon can also help to significantly reduce insulin resistance and low blood sugar levels as studies have shown.
    4. Lastly, consuming clove and cinnamon tea can help to promote the health of our heart and reduce the risk of developing heart disease. Regular consumption of cinnamon can help to reduce “bad” LDL cholesterol, total cholesterol and triglycerides. As well, cinnamon can help to promote and even increase “good” HDL cholesterol while regulating blood pressure. Cloves can also help to support overall heart health. Their high levels of fibre, magnesium and antioxidants are especially helpful in this regard. Cloves also contain a potent antioxidant compound known as eugenol which can help to reduce free radicals and oxidative stress that can cause damage to the cardiovascular system.

    This works well for colds ,flu and chesty coughs. This is the best tea especially in winter you can add some lemon juice and mint leaves to this tea

      @@MyAccount0225 You can use whole cloves for the recipe, they work just fine and I actually find them easier to work with :)

    I drank this each night before bed didn't know the benefits I couldn't afford teabags 🙂so I would just used what I have I also add ginger..

    Interesting, Informative Clip 🙂 I'm wondering whether we can use powdered Cloves alongside the Cinnamon powder you mention (of quarter teaspoon) ??? 😊
    Does this mean that boiling them in water for many minutes can be averted so that we stir the 2 powders into already boiled water (as per Tea) and drink them as a tea mix, possibly adding a little Honey into the mix? 😯
    Is this best at any particular time of day and can we drink it twice each day or not??? 🤞👌
