He is a member of the old-order Amish and therefore doesn't have a phone or even a mailing address! He lives down a long dirt road, off-grid, so he's a bit hard to get in touch with.
Unfortunately the gentleman is no longer in the area. While this wasn't the builder, if you search for "Amish Cabins in Larue Ohio" you'll find some very similar Amish built cabins.
There is something to be said, for those that put in the effort, and build it by their own hand, regardless of the outcome. Memories made while building can never be purchased or forgotten, enjoy your cabin it looks OK.

I think I'd want a minimum of 800 to 1,000 square feet, something like a 20x40 or 25x40.
