I just got recommended your channel. I love your style and colour choices ❤ That looks to be a very good quality pigmented eyeshadow. I just wonder if you maybe blended a small amount from the centre and added as you go, it might make your eyes pop even more ❤

Certain colors make your eyes pop blues and purples really do also reds and pinks
