Whenever I use the ventilation switch before start like you did, my engine dies like 60 seconds after start up. Now I just start without ventilating and spool to 60-70% for a few minutes before letting the engine idle, or again it dies and I cannot restart. Can anyone shed some light on the proper start up procedure? And also... engine restart.
I figured it out. If you have your throttle mapped for thr idle release it can cause issues. I unmapped it and just click the throttle idle lever in the cockpit with mouse and it works great.

You can also set the INS to ALCM for a "stored" heading alignment and cut the time down to about 3 minutes.

oh yeah they fixed it a lot, it also used to be my reshade preset making it really dark
Nice video, but in the documentation they say to crank throttle to idle between 300 -600 RPM
For me, (for some odd reason) the engine shuts off if I don't immediately push the throttle after 1 on the rpm indicator.
The 1 marks 1000 RPM's so it doesn't make sense to talk about just 1 rpm or 2 rpm etc.@@chonkEESTI
