Nibe Fighter 360p wasting warm air

Wasting warm air! My system has been inspected by a heating engineer, and no faults have been found. This is how the fighter 360p is expected to run.
The heat pump is only active a few times a day. This video was taken with it idle. It was throwing 18°C outside and bringing in 8°C at 31 l/s. Why?

Stumbled across this while looking at the negatives of heatpumps, seems like an interesting design, take heat from exhausted air, dump into rads and DHW cylinder, but from the temperature readings shown it doesn't look like that unit is taking any heat out of the exhaust air, was the compressor even running?

What this boiler is missing is the ability to stop expelling air outside as soon as it has stopped recovering heat.

Where is it expelling hot air ?
