The brawler style fit so well against the boss fights(without weapon)
I used it once to against Lao Gui, not because I can’t defeat him in regular way, just because I wanted to kill him and pay back everything he did on Makoto and Tachibana.(of course, I know using weapon won’t effect the storyline). Yeah, that’s how great the game story telling in Yakuza 0 and I literally got mad from playing the game.
I am using mad dog style, so is it count using weapon?

@@matejrybus3923 not really cause slugger also includes a weapon, using weapons OUTSIDE of a style is shameful unless its an unfair boss (shibusawa isn't hard to beat especially because its in kiwami engine)
Haha, Nishki telling Kiryu that the white suit was better. He goes on to copy Kiryu and wear a white suit in Yakuza 1.

I can't think of any game that left me with such a lasting smile on my face. Very memorable fights,characters and music.
Easily one of the best games ever made and easily one of the best Yakuzas.

Angga Gumelar I had to use weapons at first but I died 4 times. the 4th time, I was at final QTE sequence and I messed up on the first time the I failed at the second time and got pissed. Ugh, luckily I beat him by using Rush(Tbh every boss fight for Kiryu is to use really since they're so fast, which kinda sucks).
Angga Gumelar But I have to say this was the most fun game I had the chance to play in a long time! Most games like FF15, Horizon Zero Dawn and even Dishonored 2, always made me lose interest within a week but this game got me hooked the fuck up!

@ I love MGS 1 but this for me is...wonderful! It takes the cake home *_* ! That conclusion is perfectly ended with the blue still shot of Shibusawa at 11:31. The music also ends perfectly with those bell type instruments.

It’s something that I’m aching to experience once more. The dramatic story about the crime syndicate of japan, and the ridiculous yet hilarious side stories. Overwhelming you with content you can’t keep up with.
:( such a sad tale for Majima to leave the woman he loved and gave her to another man but in the end the yakuza world is a gamble life for men to live and fight.
She would never have a normal life by his side

for me one of the best parts of this ending is seeing lau gui, the most dangerous hitman in all of asia, cower in front of majima. He looks legitimately so damn scared compared to his dark killer expression he has throughout the game. Its truly satisfying

I read somewhere that the whole "Kiryu doesn't kill" thing was kind of a mistranslation. Supposedly what he said was something along the line of "I don't kill unless I absolutely need to"
yeah i was wondering why nishiki stopped him from killing such a powerful man like shibusawa saying "don't cross that line, you'll never come back" but earlier on in the game, kiryu was shooting at guys on the freeway that caused a million car accidents and blew up helicopters with people in them 😭

SuperAp0calypse I fought him as the dragon in the first round then when he switched to his beast style I did the Same. Last round I switched to my brawler style so I’d have more heat
Legend style ? Brawler,rush and beast and item/weapon style.which was the legend style ?
@@gunnery2j861 Legend style is the secret 4th style for both Kiryu and Majima. For Kiryu, it's the Dragon of Dojima style. For Majima, it's the Mad Dog of Shimano Style. You unlock these for completing their respective businesses.

If you read the captions at the end it basically told everything that happens in kiwami besides what that major event is in 1995 that shakes the dojima family to its core the same event that sends kiryu to prison for 10years it you haven't played it I won't ruin it

I used the golden pistol for Kiryu's Amon fight in Y0 because he uses his fucking cannon and stunlocks you but yeah any other fight hand to hand or using Majima's Mad Dog Style.

Seeing kiryu and nishikis close relationship really makes it sad in hindsight i hope we see a yakuza 0.5 to bridge tell the tale of kiryus rise to luitenant/dragon of dojima as at the end of this yes we saw who he became sort of he still had a big time period before he truly fully developed that we have not seen.
It would be interesting if Shibusawa father was somehow connected with Jingu.

I wonder what shibusawa's style's of fighting are based upon or taken from. Like I know Kiryu's rush style is based heavily off of kickboxing and boxing so it makes me wonder what shibusawa's is.

one thing that I don't get is how is it that Majima and Kiryu just know each other... like 'haven't seen each other in centuries' feel?
my guess is that they met at some point between the final boss battle and epilogue. It does seem like a great deal happened in between that time. Enough time that Majima cut his hair, changed his clothes and got his own crew/clan. Also Makoto gaining her full sight back and a new semi boyfriend...I'm guessing maybe a month or two passes by that time. So in between than they may have met and immediately had a rivalry

They've heard so much about each other, and the end scene was still set in 0 and not Kiwami since Majima's facial hair hasn't grown and neither has Kiryu's hair, though I wish there would have been an epilogue mission where they "officially" meet.
