I was 18 when I got my CDL they didn’t think I could pass the test but I didn’t miss anything and on my drive test I only got 1 point I hadn’t I’ve had my license for 36 years no accidents it’s cool to see a yong man know what he wants to do and do it good luck young man I have 6 trucks besides mine some days you hate it but all the other ones I wouldn’t want to do anything else good luck with your business

Same bro I got it 18 now I'm 28 and got 10 years in as experience I started using it at 18 on a dump truck then 21 I started going interstate from Cali to north Carolina much props 👏 I recently had to redo all my written test and man is was a bit tough but got it done ✔️

How can you remember the part of the truck for the pre trip ? And lucky your dad help you out but like me I have to pay for a school cuz no one in my family does not truck driving

How did u study for the permit did you go to a school or did you use a app or did the dmv give a handbook like how they give you one WHNE u take the normal license and if it was an app what app did you use
Everything i studied was/is on youtube. My dad was a big help and had a big role in helping me out. Theres an app called Cdl prep i believe.

I believe freightliner columbias are about the cheapest trucks and reliable too with good maintenance. Good with the aerodynamics too that help your MPG

America is desperate for truck drivers it's a shame because you should atleast be 21 or 23 and have yrs driving experience driving a truck is a huge responsibility and thays why your seeing more and more truck wrecks these days is because there's steering wheel holders then there's truck drivers and there is a difference
