    Thanks yar! I never get this beley chutney pudi right (barring shenga chutney pudi that nvr goes wrong and can easily be fixed even if it does).. Let me try this given your ratio has never failed when tried. Much love, as always.

    Very nice... it's a very good n old chatney pudi recipe... very much traditional... nowadays there are soo many chatni pudi recipes... but this one is always in a first place.. evergreen recipe... thank you so much dear for sharing this superb recipe in an authentic way... may god bless you... keep growing 👍👍😉❤️❤️

    Is it like idli podi ?? Hav to oil while eatg idli dosa or hav to use 1r2 spoon n while preparing chutney??? Hav to store n fridge ah ???🤔

      Yes. You can serve with idli or dosa or chapathi. If you like add little bit oil/ghee and serve

    Lovely 👍👍 kashmiri chillies hv gvn the chutney pudi a nice colour. 😁 but, you missed an important thing...hing. When you fry the chillies add a pinch of hing which will give the chutney pudi a nice aroma n flavour.

      You can mix a little bit of oil or ghee with chutney powder and eat along with idli, dosa, rice, chapathi etc.

    Made it n was Amazing , 25 Chilli was wayyyy too much n couldn't even eat half Spoon, I had to make another one without chillies to make it less spicy, I would say 10 chillies.
