After that much neglect to the house, it’s a huge undertaking and it’s so good that you’re feeling well enough to tackle it now! Honestly, It looks like Theo is getting more used to you doing those chores and each video you can see he is letting you do more. You might not see it but we do. I'm so dang proud of you!!

I sprayed the bed for mites and stuff and then I brushed it hard and changed the sheets and covers. Did 3 loads of laundry and hang them outside. Stll 2 to go. That's it for today. I have to sort out my books a bit in my bedroom as well as some clothes and then dust, sweep and mop.

Hi Debra, I just wanted to give you a tip on cleaning the floor behind your couch. Soak the hard to get off stuff with a bucket of water and dish soap. Let it soak for about 5 mins or so. It’ll be really easy to scrape it off. Use a simple plastic or metal paint scraper. It’ll be a lot less work for you. Then steam clean it or whatever you wash your floors with. I know you love your steam cleaner. lol Keep up the good work! You’re doing amazing 😊❤

Suggestion.... This is what I do and maybe it can help you too. I have a chronic illness that wears me out really quick. So what I do is get a chair to sit down at the piles. Make sure there is the broom/ dust pan, trash bag and some kind of box or basket to put the things in that go to another place right there with you so you don't have to be walking all over the place to get one area clean. Works for me and I'm able to get a little more done.

I feel alot better. I wish I could have got it all done, but I didn't want to overdo myself because I know if I do, I wouldn't got nothing done
you may want to get skinny tall garbage cans for behind the couch. i have a recyle bin under the end table for bottles and cans.

Is there a shed, garage or basement where your husband can keep all his tools? If they could have be stored outside your living space it would make things easier for you to keep clean. It would benefit your husband to have all his tools in a designated area to be able to find them when needed. Great job you're getting so much done so quickly!
I was just going to ask the same question because he’s never going to find his tools again in that red box on the bookcase,nor should they be there anyway. Even a box in the laundry room would make more sense.
I agree! Bradford needs to keep his tools together outside in his shed/workshop. It adds so much more work on you to keep your home organized in addition to his tools. You did great today, Deborah! Loved seeing the kitties! I love little Theo…I just want to hold him! 💙

Got a late start for the day and I think your shelf would look great painted black. You got alot done and that’s a brilliant idea to place certain tools in a basket to hide them yet have them accessible ❤ it’s great to know your limits getting it done is getting it done period . When me and my daughter's babysat. We watched a super hyper 2:year old.Loved him but it took three of us to watch him .Plus a fussy baby We gave him a phone 🤣 it entertained him for 10 minutes at a time So no judgement

Υou look a lot better, it's like you have gotten rid of a lot of weight off your shoulders. Well done with the bookcase. My personal opinion do not paint it black, dust shows off more and black is not a good colour for lifting yr mood. I was wondering whether it would help you putting a bin basket (like the laundry ones) near the couch area...I have one in all rooms.

Debra, You don’t have to keep the dogs that people drop off at your house. You can bring them to the humane society and they can find them a good home.

I fixed my food disposal and sorted some fabric. I have a lot of kitchen stuff to organize. My daughter moved in and dumped her crap. I am sick of her stuff everywhere.
