    This is exactly what I need right now. My shoulder is sore in both areas. And my elbow hurts as well. I went to PT but the therapist didn't do anything like this.

    Great video! Is it common for the bicipital groove to be one of the most tender spots on the whole body? Or does this indicate an underlying problem?
