    Hey bro, you're the reason I've purchased one! I just bought it Monday night this week and it should arrive at my FFL tomorrow afternoon (Friday)!!! I'm super pumped! I was leaning towards getting a tried and true Mossberg 930 but decided that I wanted a mag fed shotgun instead. I knew that I specifically wanted an AK12 because I love the AK platform. When I found the JTS M12 on a dealer's website, I popped on over to RUclips and you were the first videos I've watched about it and I'm glad you were. I want to thank you for your reviews on this gun as I've watched all of them. I tried to watch other people give their review, but more than half of them are completely clueless about how to operate the shotgun. They blame their ejection problems on the gun when they didn't even know that it's possible to adjust the gas smh. Thanks again dude. You've earned my sub.

      @Viper3870750 3 года назад +1

      @@dubleowe773 Wish I could tell ya. I haven't been able to shoot it yet. I've recently moved states and it's tough finding a decent range to go to. They're either too expensive and/or they have grandma rules that don't allow for rapid fire, have very frequent cease fire calls, etc. The ammo shortage didn't help much neither. Glad that's finally coming back around now and ammo is becoming more abundant and less expensive. I just pulled my AK12 back out the closet the other day just to remember what it looks like again lol. I'm dying to shoot it man.

      @Viper3870750 2 года назад +2

      @@leonana11 I unfortunately don't have much to update you on. I did end up buying one but where I moved to had gun ranges with stupid rules so I didn't end up shooting it. I've since moved back to my home town where my dad lives on about 6 acres of land. I took it out for the first time on New Years day and shot 5 rounds of slug through it at our dirt mound without any hitch. It cycled all rounds through perfectly. IT'S A BEAST! I can't wait until I get to shoot it more. I've only shot 5 rounds so far so I can't speak on longevity yet. To me, so far I'd say it's worth it and is my favorite gun in my collection right now.

    I wanted a 12 GA autoloader with a box magazine. I was trying to choose between a Panzer, G-force, Tristar, RIA, Hatsan, or ATI. They all seemed like pretty much the same firearm, with their manufacturing roots in Turkey, and I couldn't make up my mind. I had seen this JTS for sale on online stores, but hadn't put much thought into considering it as an option. But then I came across your channel, and watched you give this gun the kind of long-term review that I couldn't find for any of the other brands I listed. This shotgun really showed its durability and longevity during your videos, and this made clear to me that it was the best investment to make out of all the other options. I wouldn't have been able to make that determination if not for the work you put in to pressure-testing this firearm. Thank you.

    The hinged dust cover is because of the pic rail. Regular ak dust covers are too loosely fitted to hold any type of optic at zero.. With the hinged cover it's being held on both sides, making a much better mount point.

I don't plan on abusing it anywhere near as much as your poor shotgun has been through, but it does give me great hope for my future one. I'm in (usually) dry, dry Texas. So I figure in case of swamp emergency, I might leave this one behind. I'm having a hard time typing because I'm still laughing. Thanks for all your hard work, opinions, and input. Anyone else have trouble taking off the upper heat shield? I had to use a rubber mallet to get the release lever to switch and even then I could only get the heat shield halfway off. Wedging the bushcraft knife in there and hitting it with the hammer didn’t even budge it further. Next step is get a vice grip, leather belt and yank with all my might but I’m hoping someone has a trick to it or advice or something first. Might it be easier if I fire off a few hundred rounds first?

      Upper heat shield trouble? Yup. Super tight and super dry. Beat and pried and pulled on mine till my fingers hurt. Come to find out all it needed was a few drops of Rem Oil. It popped right off after working in the oil.

    I describe mitigating shotgun recoil like shooting a bow and arrow. Pull toward you with the grip and push away from you with the handguard/fore end. I guarantee you will see a difference

    I saw this after buying the gun, but it is my first. I finally got the chance to go to my brother's property and shoot it off, ran about 40 rounds, and it struggled with the buckshot, but the buckshot was not high brass. This is not only my first gun, but the first time shooting one. I was expecting it to feel like I got kicked in the shoulder but it felt more like a love tap.

    Just got a notification from Iron Curtain Customs on the lower hand guard update. Once they finish the anodizing hopefully they will start delivery. Great video but please stop throwing her! 🙏
    She's been through enough with 5000 rounds!

      I know…I have over 5k rounds thru this gun and I have a very in depth breakdown, cleaning amd lubing video on this gun…it didn’t run very good this time because of what I did before we shot it…the week leading up to this video was in the 70s amd warm here so I used a thiccck thick extreme weapons grease amd then the day we shot this video it dropped below freezing and snowed and then I threw it in a water puddle so mix ice cold water with thick grease and your gonna have poor reliability

      By the way, the entire 5k rounds were mostly shot on the 3rd gas setting even when I ran it suppressed

    I realize this video is aging but DOOD! The abuse that shotgun endured is eye opening. No doubt the M12AK is one tough shootin' iron. I found your videos after buying an older one (NOS) at a local gun show, never fired and still in the box. Picked it up for $220. Anxious to see if it works as good as yours. Tossing it around and taking it for a mud hole swim is not part of the plan but it's good to know it can take some abuse and still run.
