In his run because he only shoots 5 at first he does the full load on a closed bolt twice! Yes our gun can do that. The bolt is cut specifically to allow the full mag to be loaded on a closed bolt. We understand the gun on the surface looks like other AK shotguns, but there are a number of unique design features that separate us from the crowd. Great video. Really fun to watch shooters use the adjustable gas system and realize what a difference it makes.

Great video. A few things. The best first step with the gun is to stripe the grease from the gun and then add CLP. The packing grease is very heavy and can slow down the action and can gum up gas port. Once you do that you will be good to go. When shooting powerful slug loads always turn it down to 1. This makes the gas adjustment a recoil management system. The felt recoil and muzzle rise will be reduced on the "1" setting.

Someone else asked - Did you take it apart to clean and oil it first? We started with slugs to break it in. After that we never had issues. It's weird you had so many issues with semi-auto shotguns. Unless they were Turkish or something.
It basically allows you to tune the action of the shotgun so that it runs more efficiently. the higher the setting, the more gas is allowed to flow through the gas tube and compress the piston/recoil spring. Generally, the heavier the load in the shell, the less gas you need to capture for the gun to run properly. The manufacturer recommends using the lowest gas setting that will allow the gun to run and cycle properly. This will result in the most reliable and consistent operation as well as prolong the life of the recoil spring.
