2.5 years from intensive care have put exercise first and always trying to challenge myself doing rope tricks .I went back to therapy for my spastic leg but seem to have some improvement, I keep trying to run again that is my goal. Having horses to take care of seems to keep my filled with things that have to be done and a wife that always pushes me to do better helps. Thank you ,having a second chance also I keep hoping the push ups are increasing my life. How is your skating going?

Sorry to hear that!
Thank you
You're welcome
I think, I guess, that I have post-stroke fatigue. Mine's ischemic obviously. I have diabetes II and hypertension inter alia.
I hope that you have the best of recoveries!
