Quantity has a quality of it's own.
You can say its good quality if you test it in real war
Chinese weapons are sold overseas that saw actual combat. Its lasers air defense batteries for example are already used by Saudis to take down drones as first of its kind to be battle tested.

Thats true thats not tested in real war
In numbers yes they can but the level of US intelligence, security tools in almost every country that China never can reach.
They already surpassed missile technology, they are catching up only three fields 1) nuclear submarine 2) aircraft engine 3) chip industry. If they surpass those three key technologies then there will be no hunky punky with China.
