Any air defenses right now can be defeated by swarm of drones. Imagine you have 100 numbers of S-500 missiles, but your enemy will send 200 drones, and ballestic missiles. You will not be able to handle them. Israel was helped by US, Jordan, Saudi and UAE when Iran attacked them. If without these countries, for sure, they will run out of iron dome.
It should pass the Israeli test before putting up for sale😂

Russia has used air defence missiles against ground targets because there is no other use for them in Ukraine. Ukraine has very little airplanes and bigger cruise missiles to shoot down.

Not very soon, the Russian ministry of defense has already delivered two categories of advance air defense systems to be deployed on combat duty. S-500 syatems and newly modified versions of Pantsir and S-300 air defense systems
Very soon everyone will discover s500 to be as effective as s400 and s300.
They rarely use those systems.
If you don’t understand why, study the case first, then say something.
First check how often NATO unmanned reconnaissance are in the sky over the Black Sea near the Russian coast.

Besides Ukraine, which already proven an unwinnable war for Kremlin, there's North Caucasus and Central Asia. Not sure Russia can handle this many powderkegs all around it's periphery.
